A. REVIEW
The students will give recap about the previous lessons:
GUIDE QUESTIONS:
1. What is society?
2. How society is stablished?

B. ESTABLISHING A PURPOSE FOR THE LESSON


The teacher will facilitate an energizer called “Double this, Double that”.

C. PRESENTING EXAMPLES/INSTANCES OF THE NEW TOPIC


PRESENTATION:
This lesson provides cultural, social, and political concepts that exist
in the realm of ideas and thoughts. As such, they cannot see or touched yet
they influence the way we see and experience our individual and collective
lives as social beings.

ACTIVITY:
The students will be grouped according to their ethnic group and will
think of a song based from their dialect. The will also think of unique
characteristics that their group possess.
D. ANALYSIS
 The teacher will introduce the meaning of culture, society and politics
and will give will give meaning of concept and or phenomena.
 Teacher will describe students as acting agents and social actors.
Guide Questions:
1. What is society, culture and politics?
2. What is human Variation?
3. What is social differences?

E. ABSTRACTION
Guide Questions:
1. What are the differences between gender and sex?
2. We as people in the community, how are differ from each other?
3. What made cultures different?

F. APPLICATION
The teacher will present some situations that personally encounter different
ways of doing things, and making sense of events. Student will think of more
situation that they personally encounter.

G. EVALUATION
Answer the following question:
1. Why understanding culture, society and politics is important?
2. Explain their observation on the behavior and phenomenon as social
realities?
3. How can we improve our awareness on the social, cultural and political
changes using the activity?

H. ASSIGNMENT
Students will be asked to visit a public market and observe how people inside
the place to conduct themselves individually and collectively. The following
questions serve as observation guide:
1. What sort of people go to public market?
2. What sort of things do they buy?
3. What sort of interaction takes place between people at the different
categories (e.g gender and age)?
