end of this lesson.

Measurement & Assessment Activities for At the end of the activity, the teacher puts the pictures in a
Individual Performance box and each child chooses a picture from the box. Then
they match the pictures and animals with mind map
according to the place where he lives with the animal in
the picture.
Measurement & Assessment Activities for Teacher asks the evaluation questions to children.

Explanation
If there is no internet connection in the classroom, teacher makes a board like a mind map. Then, S/he prints
the pictures. Then, teacher and the children make their mind map in reality.
Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan
Teacher places the 4 pictures on the wall. Then, teachers ask children ‘What features do these places have?,
What animals can you live around here?, What kind of features should animals have if they want to live here?’.
Then the teacher gives each child two different puzzles. S/he gives children time to complete the puzzles. Every
child asks for the name of the animal in the puzzle. S/he asks ‘in which places do you think these animals can
live?’ . Then, teacher asks children to match their animals and places on the wall. After that, teacher shows the
mind map prepared before from GOConqr. Then, they check whether the matches are correct. If there are
mistakes, they talk about the characteristics of the animal and the place.
