Delivery time:
The lift shall be delivery at site within 90 days for Intac from receiving the first
payment or L/C Opening Date.

Delivery place:
Loading and unloading will be done by the professional supplier.

Store:
A suitable (dry, cool and secured) store should be provided by the purchaser at job
site under their won security.

Installation & commissioning:

The lift shall be installed and commissioned within 6 (six) weeks From the date of
handing over the lift shaft to us.

Warranty:
12 (twelve) months from the date commissioning. Warranty covers replacement of
any defective parts due to manufacturing defects and comes from bad
workmanship. The warranty will be cancelled for installation by un authorized
person organization , serviced by service person, whose did not pass the initial
course how to operate The lift , Intervention by unlicensed person
Including user, unavoidable incident (e.g. fire, floor etc.)other inexact intervention.

Free service & Maintenance:

12 (Twelve) months free servicing and maintenance will be provided. Some
damage the company shall not bare as rains water, constriction water, & floor
cleaning water any water any dirty enter by any spear parts be lost .
From the date of commissioning of the lift. After the free maintenance period, the
service will be extended upon your approval which will be paid service charge

Exclusion
Lift Shaft:
shaft, pit and machine room construction and all stricture modification if necessary
to install the lift free consolation is available before contraction of the shaft,
machine room and pit for avoiding any such modification. The machine room
should be cool be taken so that there is no possibility of entering any water during
rain season, or from any others source.

Electric line:
A complete three phase power feed line up to the machine room to ensure the
supply to the controller including all agreement of ducting, bus bar and board from
connection
As specified or required by us . A separate circuit breaker will be required at the
designated floor from where the power line may be turn.
