INVENTARIO DEL PUESTO DE SALUD PUNTA CORRAL

En la ciudad de Cuenca hoy 08 de Agosto del 2018 a las 8:00am, se realiza la entrega –
recepción de los insumos, equipos, y demás instrumentos que se encuentran en el
Puesto de Salud “Punta Corral”. Para lo cual participan la Md. Rosa Mercedes Cantos
en calidad de médico rural del CS TURI que realiza la entrega y el Md. Luis Alfonso
Muñoz en calidad de médico rural Y Od. Cristina Castro en calidad de odontóloga rural
del CS TURI quienes realizan la recepción, de lo siguiente:
