1. Horizontal lines issues.

How to analyze horizontal line short?

It could happen that the open horizontal line is caused by defective scan IC in the Y drive board.

Some times output pins

of scan IC´s in Y drive
become shorted
Check output pins condition
in Y drive IC´s using the ohm
Meter.
Place negative tip on ground
pin of IC and then pass the
positive tip across all the
output pins at the connector.
Shorted output pin will show
low impedance in meter.
