1. Evaluation of the Dissemination and Implementation of the Policies stipulated in
the Student Handbook, S.Y. 2017-2018

The meeting started at exactly 4:30 PM wherein it was opened through a prayer
led by Mr Roel B. Delopere, Assistant Head of Student Affair and Discipline. The meeting
was officiated by the Basic Education Principal, Mrs. Rubylyn I. Echavez, MAGC, RGC.
Mrs Echavez asked the attendees to give their evaluation on the implementation
and dissemination of the Student Handbook.
Mr Delopere reported that the conduct of the Orientation Programs for the
Students and Parents respectively will be on June 22, 2018. The pupils and students from
Pre-school to Senior High School will be provided with a copy of the Student/Pupil
Handbook.
Mrs Faith F. Delopere, Co-Coordinator for Senior High School, said that for School
Year 2017-2018, the number of students whose attention were called were lessen
compared to the previous years. The cases that were often reported, written in the
Student Anecdotal Record, were cases about the misuse of the social media.
Mrs Echavez encouraged the attendees to review the student handbook for the
purpose of revision. The revision must be based from the challenges of the previous
operation.
Mr Kevin John B. Montalban, Assistant Head of Academic Affairs, filed a motion to
revise the Student Handbook by adding the different academic-oriented organizations.
This will help the students gain information about the new institutionalized academic-
oriented clubs.
Ms Efril Jane Escultor, Elementary In-Charge, filed a motion to include the policies
and guidelines on the use of social media. This will give opportunities for students to be
aware of their rights, responsibilities and obligation vis-à-vis the use of social media.
All suggestions were carried and agreed by the attendees.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 PM and was concluded with a closing prayer
by Dr Jane C. Paderog, Senior High School Coordinator.
