LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

Dear Sir,

Further to the interview you had with us, we are pleased to appoint you on the following
terms and conditions

A) Designation: . QC - Engineer
B) Remuneration: As per annexure.

c) Responsibility-You will be responsible for all the Quality related activities.

D) Others:

1. You will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of your
joining.
2. During the probationary period you will be upraised about and trained
about your job profile.
3. It is clearly understood thatcontinuation of your service with company,
even after confirmation, shall be governed by the performancq criteria as
laid down by the management, in relation to your assigned job. If the
performance is not found to be satisfactorl, the management sllall be at
liberty to terminate this appointrnent by grving one month notice or paying
compensation in lieu thereof during the probation or service period if there
is a violation of clause 4 & 5 your services will be liable to be terminated
without notice period and without paying compensation.

4" You shall devote your full fime or energy in the best interest of the
comPany, and will not undertake or concern yourself directly or indirectly
with any other company's work.
5. You shall obserue utmost secrecy in connection with the mtrtters ol the
eomPany and will not disciose information to any other person, rzhaLever,
relating to the business of the :ompany. You will not carry any documents
/ papers out of office in any form without permission of the rnanagtr:ment.
6. You shall be eligible for leave as per the rule of the company. Yorr v,'ill get
one leave for every twenty days worked during the calendar yeai.. You are
eligible to enjoy all earned leaves after a year is over from the date on
whieh you are appointed.
7. You are employed on the strict undertaking that you will neither disclose
nor ask any ennployee of this company, details of the salary.
L You shall be bound by the rules and regulations of the company, in force
from time to fime, including any amendments or variations thereof,
applieable to the place of posting.
9. There will be no additional facility over and above in terms of cash or
kind.
10. You have to pay income tax or other government levies independently by
your own" We will deduct professional tax and TDS is applicable as per
the Income Tax Act 1961"
11. Two month notice period is compulsory. In case of notice period less than
two months all payments & other dues will not be eleared by the company
whieh will include the one month salary retained by us.
12. Appraisal if any will be applicable one year after date of joining as per .
company policy"
13. You can join us from 15th October 20L8. You are requested to return the
copy of this appointment letter, duly signed as a token of your acceptance
of all terms and conditions of your employment.
