5 DECLARING THE LOWEST CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE QUOTATION,AND RECOMMENDING
6 AWARD OF CONTRACT

8 WHEREAS, the Mabuga Elementary School, through the General Appropriations Act 2019 has the sum of Four Hundred
9 Eighty Pesos P (480.00) for the procurement of Tarpaulin of Oplan Balik Eskwela 2019 ;

10 For Small Value;

12 1. WHEREAS, procurement was conducted in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and
13 regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 because the procurement did not fall under shopping;
14
15 Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of the Revised IRR of RA 9184 and the
16 amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of said IRR, the procuring entity
17 shall draw up a list of at least three (3) suppliers of known qualifications which will be invited to submit
18 proposals. approved APP;

20 WHEREAS, Mabuga Elementary School requested for the submission of price quotation from Almers Advertising amounting
21 to four Hundred Eighty Pesos P (480.00) was the lowest calculated quotation and was determined as
22 RESPONSIVE;

24 NOW THEREFORE,we the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby RESOLVED to recommend for approval the use of Small
25 Procurement Value for the procurement of Tarpaulin of Oplan Balik Eskwela 2019;

27 RESOLVED, to declare ALMERS ADVERTISING as having the lowest calculated and responsive quotation amounting to of
28 Four Hundred Eighty Pesos P (480.00) and recommend award contract;

30 RESOLVED here at Mabuga Elementary School of Gapan City on May 10, 2019.
