RE​: RECOMMENDATION FOR MAXON J. KASUMBA

I am glad to testify that Mr. Kasumba has been an education consultant with Rwanda Education
Commons, designing online digital content and teaching materials for Middle and Upper Schools. He has
provided exceptional work to our project since its inception in 2009 up to-date. Maxon duly performed his
duties as a History consultant and as a role model to all teachers in Rwanda. He is a very hard working
person, quite innovative and focused, with a result-oriented positive attitude towards work.

I have known him in a professional capacity and I am glad to provide the testimonial owing to the
confidence, remarkable intelligence, capacity for hard work and devotion to duty that I have observed
over the years while working with him.

He always works diligently, with in-depth team spirit and collaboration. He is a person who seeks for
advice and he takes it seriously. He is a self-motivated person with a zealous desire for career
adventure. Maxon is a poised good listener, good at exercising independence in his work while taking
noteworthy resolutions.

It is also worth noting that Maxon is a capable team leader who is ever ready to take up any challenges.
This has been one of his greatest strength that has helped him improve his performance. He has always
been ready to face challenges while working with Rwanda Education Commons, which has helped the
whole project to achieve its well-intended goals.

Maxon has earned himself great reputation in Rwanda as an educator. His contribution to education in
this country is known in all the education institutions in the Rwandan Ministry of Education. In this regard
therefore, I am confident he is capable of effectively succeeding in his new adventure with strength and
full momentum, to the required standards and beyond. He will certainly contribute meaningfully to the
diversity standards of your institution.
