Event Entry Fee This fee applies to all delegates and has been reduced for advance registrations. There is a further discount
for schools and colleges - 10+ students: entry is £8.00 per person. The cost on the day will be as follows:
BSG members: £9.00, Juniors under 12: Free, Non-members: £10.00, Juniors 12-17: £5.00

Make and Take Sessions are deemed suitable for age 14 and above. Georgie Godbold - suitable for all from aged 8 years,
Junior classes are suitable for children from aged 8 years.

Accommodation
All rooms are on campus and prices are per room per night. Check in from 16:00, check out by 10:00. Single, twin and
double rooms are available – please state your preference. Towels and a small bar of soap are provided. Tea and coffee
facilities are available in the common room on each floor.
Breakfast is included and is a 4-item cooked breakfast with porridge, cereals, toast and tea/coffee.
Meals and Evening Events
Friday dinner - this will be an informal 3-course menu, with wine, at 19:00 in the college dining room, followed by
tea/coffee.
Friday Quiz and Fizz - join us for a glass of fizz followed by an informal pub quiz. Copper’s bar will be open to purchase
refreshments (cash bar, cards not accepted) from 20:00-23:00.
Saturday lunch - The coffee bar will be open for cash sales from 09:00-18:00 and will sell pastries, toasties, sandwiches etc.
Dem and Dine - following an evening demonstration by Paul Bradford join us for a 3-course dinner with wine and lots of
fun! Then adjourn to Copper’s Bar to catch up with old and new friends. (Please note children are not permitted in the bar

Additional application forms are available from http://bsgregion1.webs.com/region-1-exhibition. Please do check the
website for updated information on classes/make and take and demonstrations prior to completing the form. If classes are
oversubscribed a refund will be issued.
A receipt will be issued by email for all applications. If you do not have an email address please include a stamped
addressed envelope.
All timings are subject to change and will be confirmed nearer the event.

Please note that there is a moderate walking distance between the exhibition area and demonstration rooms. It is recommended that if
you do require walking aids these are brought with you. Please do notify us if you require a disabled parking bay.
BSG Region 1 Exhibition operates a "Zero Tolerance" policy. Any person being aggressive or abusive to any Judge,
committee member or volunteer will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
