thousand eight hundred eighty eight and paise fifty five only)

In terms of final order dated 29/12/2017 passed by this Tribunal in the above mentioned
case, it is ordered that the Applicant Certificate Holder Bank is entitled to recover a sum of
Rs.1248295.30p ( Rupees twelve lakhs forty eight thousand two hundred ninety five and
paise thirty only) as on 17.07.2017 together with interest @14.99% p.a till the date of
realization in full from the Certificate Debtor No 1 hereinafter referred to as:-

Certified Debtor 1 Ms.T Priyadarshini

It is further ordered that any amount remitted or realized, if any during the course of
the proceedings shall be given due credit to the loan account of the Defendant.

*Further interest is also recoverable as per Final Orders upto the date of realisation.

The Recovery Officer shall realize the amount as per this Certificate in the manner and mode
prescribed under Section 25 and 28 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial
Institutions Act, 1993 (as amended from time to time) from the above named Certificate
Debtors.
