Animal testing should be illegal because it's harming the animals and causing

them to die and it affects the animal’s behavior.​ The drug is first being tested on animals

which then when it gets approved is being tested on humans which 90% of the drugs

that were being tested on animals failed when being tested on humans. ​Is it worth killing

thousands of animals just to save that one child’s life? Animal testing should be illegal

because it's harming the animals and these innocent animals die because scientist want

to see how the type of animals that are being tested react to the specific substance

being tested on them.

Testing Animals is harming the animals. For example “In 2017, 3.79 million

Animal experiments were completed in the UK alone. They included experiments on

more than 500,000 animals which were categorised by researchers as causing

“moderate” or “”severe” suffering”. This quote proves that the animals are being hurt

because people are testing animals illegally and not safe. In addition “Animals are used

to develop medical treatments, determine the toxicity of medications, check the safety of

products destined for human use.” This explains that animals are used to see if the

product can be used by a human. It also explains that people don’t care about animals

and wants to use them so that others can’t get hurt. To summarize my reasons animals

should not be used as a testing material because millions of animals are dying each

year and it's hurting the environment.

Another reason why people shouldn’t test animals is because millions of

animals dies each year. For example “Millions of animals dies each year due to a high
rate of animal testing in UK.” This quote explains that each year more and more animals

go extinct due to animal testing and a dangerous environment for them. Many people do

not care what happened to them so they’re in danger. Another quote that I found that

would be important is “Animal experiments prolong the suffering of people waiting for

effective cures by misleading experimenters and squandering precious money, time,

and resources that could have been spent on human-relevant research.” This quote

explains that we’re wasting money to experiment with animals and scientists are saying

that we could find a way to save some money and animals life to investigate in a

machine that is testing the product.To summarize, if we put animals in danger and if

we’re going to for the next couple of years, many population of animals are going to go

extinct.

Some people might argue that animals should be tested. For example “Many

people do not care about what would be happened to the animal that is being tested.”

this quote means that people may argue that animal testing is good for the environment

because its also saving a lot of people from danger. They think it’s good to test animals

rather than a person being killed by the experiment. Another reason is “Killing one

animal is better than killing 10 people” this text means that some people argue that

killing 1 animal could save a bunch of people’s lives and its saver for the environment.

To wrap up my paragraph, people think its saver to kill an animal than killing a person.

To summarize my essay, animals and humans should not be tested on drugs

because it is very dangerous, killing millions of animals each year and causing humans

getting sick from these animals after being tested and released. It's worth testing
thousands of animals just to see if the drug can be safe saving someone’s life. To close

up my conclusion, humans are the reasons why animals are tested. If humans wouldn't

be testing their drugs on animals then there would be a higher rate of animals living

currently than couple years ago.
