ORDER OF EXECUTION

By virtue of the transmittal issued by Att. ISMAEL T. MANALIGOD, Chief, Legal Division of DENR R02 that
the decision dated September 9, 2011 issued by OIC, Assistant Secretary for Legal Services, Atty.
ANSELMO C. ABUNGAN had already attained finality, appropriate action may now be take thereon.

The decision dated September 9, 2011 issued by OIC, Assistant Secretary for Legal Services, Atty.
ANSELMO C. ABUNGAN affirmed in toto the Order dated October 29, 1990 of the OIC-RED, DENR –
Region II, Cagayan, to wit:

“ Upon review and evaluation o the records of the case, this Office finds no cogent reason to disturb the
findings of the of RED, DENR_Region II. Records show that LOT No. 2010, Cad. 390-D situated in Dangan
Reina Merceds, Isabela was entirely adjudicate din favor of PEDRO VEA who has continuously possessed
and occupied the controverted lots way back in 1940 up to the present and has introduced
improvement therein like rice paddies and fruit bearing trees.

Moreover, repeated surveys and investigation conducted on the subject land revealed that PEDRO VEA
is the actual occupant and cultivator of the same. U

Upon the other hand, there is no showing tat or indication that that appellant Erlinda Lucero possessed
and occupied the disputed area. The only basis of the appellant in filing her F>P>A No. (II-21) 834-B
over the land in question

The office of the undersigned deem it proper to execute said order in favor of the Appellees which
dispositive portion of said decision states that :
