Statement of My name is Luong Van Trang, was born on January 23, 1998, is a third year
purpose student, i am majoring in Accounting, Analysis and Auditing at International
School- Vietnam National University.
From personal study about student exchange programs as well as Nghee An
Polytechnic University. I learned that Ngee Ann Polytechnic School provides a
comprehensive education system through diverse research institutes, faculties
and disciplines, the highlight of the school is to give students global access,
open wide learning limits. In the course of studying at Ngee Ann Polytechnic,
students can experience cultural or practical projects abroad through exchange
programs or competitions, community services, internships... For students it
plays an important role to develop ourselves.
Besides, Singapore has been known as the cleanest country in the world, so I
always dreame of having the chance to set foot to Singapore to discover this
beautiful country. What I always want to learn the most are: How well the
government has been doing? How are people living and conscious to make this
country grow more and more like that?
I believe that if I have a opportunity to participate in this exchange program,
this will definitely be a supplement for students in the topic of " Specialists’
Community Action and Leadership Exchange Programme 2019", with the aim of
fostering and strengthening the leadership, ability to integrate and develop soft
skills in the future for students. This will definitely be a very meaningful
program, because through this, I not only expand my knowledge for myself, but I
also interact with learning useful things from your country to help in the process
study, find future jobs and develop my country.
If I can participate in this exchange student scholarship program, it will be like
a guideline, like the scholarships I received from the International School, to
help me know that I am still on the right way, what I do, my efforts are paying
off. It is a great recognition, a very valuable encouragement for me. Moreover,
this student exchange scholarship will serve as a springboard, motivating my
efforts in the future to make it worth what I get.
For a third-year student, the experiences, the search for opportunities to develop
their abilities and enhance their self-worth are extremely valuable. And I believe
that, after this exchange, I will learn a lot of useful things in 3 weeks studying in
Singapore to help develop the International School, devote to Vietnam and help
my country integrate with those countries in the world.
