Rupees will be in this Monetary Agreement. First the Rupees issued by the Central Bank
of India will be exchanged for currency issued by India that can be ultimately exchanged
for aurum. The merchants in India's villages and towns need to agree to a barter system
for issuing local currencies. This is how you are going to decentralize and get rid of the
corruption in your country.

India's government is illegitimate. The bonds issued by the central bankers are worth 2
quadrillion dollars. The Central Bank of India is bankrupt and is being wound down.

Your current Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, just replaced Arun Jaitley. I met
with Arun Jaitley, who knew that India, along with the rest of the world, was in
transition to get rid of world corruption. This transition is called the Global Currency
Reset.

Perhaps there are several reasons for the things that are happening to H.E. Arun Jaitley,
India's Minister of Finance, who was one of the 20 or so delegations whom I met with at the
World Bank's Annual Meetings in Peru on October 8, 2015. I have already followed up with
H.E. Goodall Gondwe, whose business card mysteriously appeared on my desk. ...
For example, last week someone from the coalition put the business card for Malawi's
Minister of Finance, H.E. Goodall Gondwe, on my desk. I met with H.E. Goodall
Gondwe in Lima Peru on October 8, 2015, but I no longer had the business card which
H.E. Gondwe gave to me in 2015. My file containing business cards was stolen from my
home office a couple of years ago.

I was able to call and email H.E. Gondwe after discovering his card, and I reported this
contact last week:

Monetary Fund will conclude Monetary Agreements with the Global Debt Facility, as

I tweeted about the fact that countries are invited to negotiate the Monetary Agreements to
access their monetary gold reserves held by the Global Debt Facility.
We have all been aware for some time that things are happening that are out of the
ordinary.
There have been many comments on the last two videos that I uploaded on YouTube.
YouTube is attempting to censor the videos by lowering the sound. This backfires, as it
reinforces the message that the Banking Cartel has something to hide. After YouTube broke
the link for my response, I am attaching the document where I explained how the Banking
Cartel has stolen the title to our property

I attended the World Bank and IMF Annual Meetings Peru in October, 2015. I met with
various delegations in Peru, including with India's Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs,
Shri Arun Jaitley. I wrote an email on October 9, 2015, describing some of the events in Peru.
