RE: Affidavit of Facts from Angela Rena-Arms Dawson

This is to say that we received the above referenced letter on June 05 2019 and
have done the following-

• Gone through our church records and member data and have purged the
names Angela Dean and Angela Dawson froi:n our official records.
• Have searched our online media and found no images representing the
Affiant. If the Affiant is aware of any such image(s) that our search may
have missed, please bring it to our attention and we will delete it
immediately.

By this communication, River of life Family Church also as requested by the

Affiant, NO LONGER recognizes Angela Rena-Arms Dawson as a member or
affiliate nor associate.

A search of our archives and records revealed no hard copy nor digital form of the
Affiant's Driver's License.

The within named person (Affiant), Angela Rena-Arms Dawson, who is a resident of Maricopa
County, State of Arizona,_personally came and appeared before me, the undersigned Notary Public, and
makes this his/her statement, testimony and General, Affidavit under oath or affirmation, in good faith,
and under penalty of perjury, of sincere belief and personal knowledge that the following matters, facts,
and things set forth are true and correct, to the best of his/her knowledge:

A Matter Must be expressed for being resolved. In Commerce TRUTH is Sovereign.

Truth must be expressed in the form of an Affidavit. An Affidavit not rebutted stands as the truth in Commerce.
An Affidavit not rebutted after 30 days, becomes the judgment in commerce. A Truth Affidavit/Affidavit of
Facts, under commercial law, can only be satisfied by: Truth Affidavit rebutted point for point, by payment, by
agreement, by resolution or by Common law rules, by a jury.

Conclusion
Based on the above listed facts, I request all my original documents that may be on file to be returned
immediately (Driver's license) In writing removed from your church role & to no longer be recognized as a
member or affiliate. I also request any images of myself on your social media pages to be removed immediately.

Notice
You have 10 days from the receipt of this letter to respond. This Affidavit shall be posted online as International
Public Knowledge, that you have been communicated with. You will be defaulted should you fail to respond in
writing as required and a Certificate of Commercial Dishonor shall be issued to you.
