Dear Ma`am/Sir,

My name is Amalia Disomangcop, mother of Fatma Yesha Tan. I want my daughter to

take summer class for her English subject for to proceed to grade 10. She is just taking her

summer class now after 2 years because we didn’t know that she has a failing grade in grade 8

not until we got her card last month. Her card was delayed because her good moral and form 137

was required and we needed to get them on our province that was currently on war and my

daughter was afraid to get them because of the havoc that was going on.

She didn’t enrolled early because I told her to watch after her younger sister for the

reason that I was busy running for the position of Councilor in our province, Maigo Lanao Del

Norte. I arrived here in manila on May 22, 2019 that’s why she did not reach on the enrolling

period. Please understand our situation and kindly give my concern a consideration.
