As researchers, this great study would not have been made with financial stability,

time-efficiency and proficiency if it wasn’t for the steadfast support and help of the people

that assisted to accomplish the progress in the study. The researchers would like to extend

their gratitude to anyone who helped them craft and be inspired in this investigatory project.

To account for all of them, the researchers would like to thank Almighty God for

the spiritual enlightenment, the wisdom and the constant ideas which helped a lot, for

lighting up the lamp of hope, patience, courage and to the success of this research project.

To Ma’am Jeannie Layacan, who always supports and guide us in making this

project a reality. For the encouragements, tips, counsels and for giving suggestions and

recommendations but mostly for being the research adviser.

To Kuya Elmer for giving us a hand during our experimentation. We couldn’t have

done it without him.

We would also like to give thanks to our families, who always supports us

emotionally, spiritually and financially just to make this research possible. Thank you and

ABSTRACT

Thermoelectric Generator is an alternative device that can generate and produce

electricity in which we can use in our daily lives. Using two different temperatures, which
is the hot and the cold, the heat needed will be produced. Water dispenser is also one of
the most used electric devices that can generate hot and cold water, which is perfect as a
source for the temperature difference. The features of this investigatory project is that by
using the water dispenser, we inserted a peltier device in which helps combine two
different temperatures, generating electricity that lit the bulbs. It will be able to help and
reduce the payment of the electricity and adds a new feature for the water dispenser. The
goal of the study was to be able to generate 3W, 5W, 7W, and 9W light bulbs. Safety
procedures were observed during the experimentation. Using the peltier device that can
generate electricity, it was placed between the source of hot and cold temperature that
will meet the center and produce electricity, and then input and output voltage were
calculated to check the efficiency of the project. After the experimentation, the electricity
needed for 3W and 5W light bulbs were attained, while 7W and 9W was failed to be
powered up. Overall, the researchers still found the project successful as it succeeded in
generating two different wattage for light bulb.
