ABSTRACT

The study determined the influence of communication in the school’s

organizational success in the public secondary schools at Baliwag District during the

school year 2017 -2018. Using the mixed method of research with 106 public secondary

school teachers and 5 school principals as respondents from the five public secondary

schools of Baliwag, findings showed that 80.2 percent of the respondents are females;

67.9 percent earned units in the master’s degree course; 45.0 percent are holders of

Teacher I item; 35.8 percent have been in the service for more than 10 years; 88.7 percent
