Reflection

13/5/19- Today, I had found the meaning of the deforestation which is man made
destruction that can result in many negative effects to the nature. Also, I choose a space that
represent the deforestation in Minecraft. I had done my job smoothly. For next class, I would
like to build some buildings.

14/5/19- Today, I had investigated several negative effects of deforestation including the loss
of habitat and flooding. In Minecraft, I built three wood storages for collecting woods. I had
finished my work, but it is quite difficult to build the wood storages. Next time, I would search
for some easy ways to build it on the internet.

15/5/19- Today, I had explored about some interesting facts of deforestation.The research
has shown that one and a half acres of forest is cut down every second, the rate of
deforestation equals to loss of 20 football fields every minute, and almost half of world’s
timber and up to 70% of paper is consumed by Europe, United States and Japan alone
(conserve-energy-future.com, n.d.). In Minecraft, I had cut forest and build one stone
storage. Today’s work is quite tired because I have to cut many trees. However, I had
completed my goal. For the next class, I would like to build farmlands that resulted from
cutting down trees.

21/5/19- Today, I built a farm nealy finish. It is hard and take a lot of time to build because
the farm is very big and require a lot of spaces. I work this process with my group mates to
reduce some time to build. In next class, I will try to finish this building.

22/5/19- Today, I had finished building a large farm with cows and sheeps inside. I had
done this work easily because I had planned the steps. Therefore, I should plan the steps
first before start working.

23/5/19 - I did some research today. I have found some causes that can lead to
deforestation which are planting palm oil, and growing crops, and mining. In Minecraft, I had
done building a mine. I had achieved today’s work smoothly because I had plan the
process. Therefore, I will going to plan the steps first in the next time to make my work done
easily.

28/5/19 - Today, I had done writing my script for presentation. This is the day that I can go
back to see and reflect my work. The work was done smoothly. Therefore, I will start
recording my presentation tomorrow.

29/5/19 - Today, I had finished recording my presentation. I had done recording smoothly
because I had written my script. Tomorrow, I will check my work and review what I had done.

30/5/19 - Today, I had checked my work carefully to look for any mistakes. My work was
done correctly. This help to understand more about the topic because I can go back to check
for my mistakes.
