documents on testing day :-

a. Original Computerized NIC/Form 'B' of self and attested photoc opy of father's CNIC

b. All Original Educ ation c ertific ates/Degrees (inc luding Detailed Marks Sheets,Sanads and
Transc ripts)

c. Equivalenc e Certific ates along with Transc ripts for A and O-Level Candidates

d. 02 Fresh Passport size photographs

e. Candidates applying on rural/Baloc histan qouta are to bring Domic ile / Loc al Certific ate

f. PAF wards are to bring thier parents servic e c ertific ate/disc harge book

g. Engineers are to bring 'PEC' registration c ertific ate and Doc tors are to bring 'PMDC'
registration and house job c ertific ates

2. Calculators, mobile phones, laptops/bags, cameras, wrist watches and fancy ballpoint
are not allowed within the selection centre premesis.
