Grade 7- Computer Hardware Servicing

I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:

a. Define the principle of 5s


b. Demonstrate the principle of 5s
c. Express the importance of knowing the principle of 5s through essay writing

II. Subject Matter

Materials: Visual Aids

III. Procedure

A. Preliminaries

1. Prayer
2. Greetings
3. Classroom management
4. Checking of Attendance
5. Review of previous lesson

B. Lesson Proper

1. Activity (Picture Puzzle/ 3 minutes)


The teacher will divide the class into 5 groups. Each group will be given a
a scrambled picture and the students are task to assemble it.

2. Presentation of Key Points (15 minutes)


 The students will be asked if they have an idea about the principle of
5s in a computer workplace
 The teacher will explain and introduce the principle of 5s in the class.

c) Seiso (clean/cleanliness)
d) Seiketsu (standardize)
e) Shitsuke (sustain/discipline)

C. Application ( Play and answer/ 15 minutes)


The teacher will assigned each group a 1 principle of 5s. Each will group
will demonstrate in front what the principle talks about without mentioning
the name of the principle while the other group are task to identify what
principle is being presented. The group who will first answer correctly will
have additional 10 points on their presentation.
