Simon Keleta works relentlessly to ensure our products look their best.
Creating advertisements from the size of a magazine to the size of a
billboard, Simon’s graphic design talents helps to give our company our
signature brand.

Michael Mattei is the designer of one of the most important things for
our customers - our website. All products are purchased from our site,
and Michael works his hardest to ensure that it is user-friendly, and
leaves customers satisfied.

Lucas Morgani always ensures that our hard work and dedication
reaches consumers. Ensuring that our social media accounts on Twitter
and Instagram are always promoting, and reaching out to possible
investors and professional athletes.

Dimitrios Sfyridis works extremely hard to satisfy customers, and reach
them in new ways. His work allows us to grow and expand as a
company and as a brand.

company. We collaborate on different ideas, to make a company we

THE SPORTTECH APP
The SPORTTECH App is free to download for IOS and Android.
Upon downloading the app, you will be asked to select which product(s)
you purchased and input basic information about your body so we can
monitor it most accurately. All information
entered into the app is completely
confidential.
The app also has a ‘Friends’ feature. If your
friends have also purchased a SPORTTECH
product, you can see their stats and compare
(optional). The app will keep a record of all of
your stats over time so you can see change
in your body and in yourself.
Currently, we are working features that will
make it easier to track the statistics of a team. This would most likely be
used by more professional leagues. Teams pay millions of dollars on
players and when injuries affect them, that money is wasted. With
‘Team Mode’, this can be prevented. All players on a team can be
tracked at once on a main device. You will receive an emergency alert if
any player is at risk, just like the regular app. We would like to showcase
this idea to professional sports teams and leagues, so players can
improve their performance, and decrease the risk of getting injured.
Overall, the SPORTTECH App is an amazing feature. It is
user-friendly, and allows you to track your entire body with the click of
a button. It works perfectly with our clothing products, and can give you
quick, detailed, and reliable stats about yourself.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
One of our main competitors is FitBit. Their product is a bracelet
that connects to your smartphone, and monitors your steps, calories,
heart rate, sleep, and many other things. FitBit is more of an
everyday-use product, one which you can sleep with, and go in the
water with (newer models only). SPORTTECH’s products are worn for
athletic use. Our products monitor some of the same things as FitBit,
but they also alert you if you are about to get injured. This is another
major selling point of our product, because no other product will offer
you the real-time statistics that we do. We are really going to focus on
what makes our products stand out when advertising our product.

PROMOTIONAL STRATEGY
PLAN
SPORTTECH is a new and upcoming brand, and we want to do
everything in our power to ensure we reach our target audiences.
SPORTTECH is a brand of the future, and we want to reach the future
generation. Social media is most used by young people - people who
are athletic and active and full of life. Those are the kinds of people that
we want to use our product, because we know they will get so much
out of it. Now of course, our product is not limited to people of that
specific age group, but after some research we came to the conclusion
that we would receive the most sales from that group. We will promote
and advertise our brands on social media platforms like Instagram and
Twitter, so we can gain the attention of the people who use those apps.
Another SPORTTECH marketing strategy is using professional
athletes to endorse our products and brand. Many people will see our
product being worn by their favourite athletes, and look into it. They
will then see all of the benefits of the product, and understand how
SPORTTECH helps that athlete to perform their best.
SPORTTECH will also use more standard ways of marketing with
magazine, billboard, and radio advertisements. It is proven that these
are still effective ways of advertising, and we would like to use them to
our advantage. (Examples of these advertisements shown on pages
5-7)
We have worked extremely hard on our products, and we want to
ensure that people will love them. However, we are strong believers
that if a company’s marketing strategies are poor, then the company
will fail. We work relentlessly to promote SPORTTECH in smart ways,
and we hope people will love our products.

Our website is where our consumers can purchase our products. Our
website is obviously very important to SPORTTECH, and we wanted to
ensure that our website was simple, and user-friendly. Our website is
the perfect way to view our products and make the difficult decision of
choosing what to purchase.

INSTAGRAM & TWITTER
Our social media platforms are a large part of our advertising (see page
12). They are also a way in which we can interact with our customers
through likes, comments, and messages. We try our best to make our
social media accounts a good overview of our company, so that when
you visit them, you know what SPORTTECH is. Social media is also a
great way to inform customers of new products, restocks, sales, and
many other great things.
