Detailed Role & Responsibilities:

 Strong Knowledge Of C N C programing H M C & V M C (Fanuc & Haas control)

 Operating & setting knowledge of cnc machines.
 Strong Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
 Conduct process studies and evaluate the data to improve the overall production.
 Provide proper tools & fixture for production to improve the quality of the output by

 Ensure the production of prove out components are as per Biesse standards.
 Supervise and manage the production activities and shifts as per the scheduled plans
 Guide the team members and ensure productivity production as per the schedules and
targets.
 Understand the day to day issues of the shift and provide solutions to ensure smooth
execution of production as per the agreed targets.
 Ensure the production of components as per the biesse standards.
 Support planning and industrial engineers in streamlining shop floor activities to
achieve quality productivity and delivery as planned.
 Ensure process sustainability and improve process capability of the machines.
 Support superiors in capital budgeting and implementation of capital projects to
enhance manufacturing infrastructure to support company’s growth.
 Coordinate with cross functional teams, I. e purchase planning warehouse quality
logistics technical and other departments to execute the production as per the plan.
 Support quality in the process of inspection and testing to ensure machine reliability
and deliver product.
 Focus on continuous improvements of process and procedures testing methods
productivity improvements.
 Set standards for housekeeping 5S and safety and ensure safe working environment
in the shop floor
 Maintain and ensure company machines and equipment in good conditions
 In case of absence of shift engineer responsible for handling the shift assigned

 Handle any other activities assigned by superiors based upon the organisational
requirements.
 New part fixture design and drawing released as per NPD part as per our superior
suggestion & discussion.
 New fixture prove out.
 Assembly complaint handling.
 Process file maintain as per an ISO standard.
 Simple fixture doing in in-house.
 Fixture modification.
 NPD part prove out as per given time in our superiors.
 To ensure the safe procedures for processing the parts which include the safety of man,
machine and environment in the shop floor.

Technical / Professional Skills Required:

 Knowledge of CNC Programming.

 Knowledge of GD&T as per biesse drawing.
 NPD process.
 Manual machine operating.
 Fixture design with new part.
 C N C machine operating &setting.
 Assembly complaint handling.
 Technical problem analysis &solving
 Special tools Knowledge
Behavioral Skills Required:

 Good English communication and writing skills
