QUALIFICATIONS:
ETEEAP applicants must meet the following qualifications:
• Filipino
• For Bachelor of Arts, and Bachelor of Secondary Education: At least high school
graduate or have PEPT equivalent to first year college
• For Bachelor of Science in Nursing: At least graduate of any Allied Health
Courses (Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Midwifery, Med.
Tech., RT) and undergraduate of BSN Programs
• At least five years of work experience (if taking BSN, it must be related to
Nursing practice)
• At least 25 years old
• Able to show evidence of capability and thorough knowledge through the
following evidences:
- Certificate of Proficiency issued by the government regulatory board
- Certificate of Proficiency issued by the employer/s
Certificate of Proficiency issued by a licensed practitioner in the field.

PEPT/ALS Certificate (for those who took the acceleration test; must be DepEd certified true copy)
7.Authenticated Birth Certificate/Affidavit of Birth (photocopy)
8.Marriage Certificate (forfemale,lf married -photocopy)
9.NBI or Barangay clearance (original)
10.2 valid IDs (photocopy)
11.Government eligibility (If any, photocopy)

• Photocopy all the requirements in 3 sets of copy (triplicate)

MODE OF PAYMENTS:
A. For Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Secondary Education courses
Total tuition fee including miscellaneous fee: P65,000.00
• P8,500 - initial down payment (forenroilment)
• P14,125 - installment basis (4 equal payments, every before exams)

B. For Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Total tuition fee including miscellaneous fee: P112,000.00
• P12,000 - initial down payment (forenroilment)
• P12,500 - installment basis (8 equal payments)
