SUBJECT: Height Errors, Traverse Issues, Rotation Problems – Loose Set Screws

MODELS AFFECTED: B463 (V30ZMU), B464 (V35ZMU)

DESCRIPTION:

This Parts-Service Gram is being issued to advise that if you are having issues with height errors,
or the traverse is not going all way to the home position, you could have a loose set screw on the
potentiometer gear linkage. Loose set screws on the rotate potentiometer can also cause rotation
issues.

To resolve these issues, add 222 Loctite to the set screws on the potentiometer screws to keep
them secure. See the attached pictures to help identify the location of the possibly loose
hardware. NOTE! Effective with any truck shipped August 1st, 2008, these screws will be loctited.
