To start with Academically and my parents Businesses in various sectors from

an early age has given me insight in running business every day, I have always
been a determined and studious individual, Hence why I knew a Degree in
Commercial Law at your university would be my next step for my future. I
thoroughly studied my subjects in Law when it came to choose my post
graduate subject I knew that concentration in Commercial Law would be the
great choice, With regards to Business the reason behind my choice is the
complex and intriguing in nature of the subject, where I enjoy the practicality in
the Business so how it blends in everyday issues.

My interest in business had led me gain as much as experience as possible

during my Law studies where my teachers and my fellow students had helped
me to look into various businesses analytically and helped me to make
suggestion regarding the possible improvements in the Business. I also believe
Subjects like Tax Law, Banking Law and Business Law had influenced me to
the major level in Business field. My educational experiences have been great
use to me from position of school captain in Secondary school to aiding the
mass celebration of college festivals. Responsibilities like this have helped me
to mature and take my position seriously.

This area of study requires much confidence which I believe I possess and can
use to my advantage in order to gain recognition in this competitive felid of
work. I’ am confident that concentration in Commercial Law would enable me
to the best of my intellectual capacity and prosper in competitive and
commercial environment. Having to be obtained a degree in Commercial Law I
will be able to enjoy my successful carrier in the following spheres : Business
organizations, Bankruptcy Laws, Corporate transactions and Secured
transactions.

In my secondary school and in college I have attended many business

conferences held by the government and the private companies. I hope during
that stay in university I will be able to undertake a work experience placements
with a company that trades internationally so that I can learn about the trading
and commerce

Outside my educational commitments I’ am very much interested in travelling

and get to know about the new cultures around the world through this passion I
had a chance to travel to few countries myself.

I believe, I am motivated, hardworking and well-grounded individual. Who is

truly passionate about achieving my future goals and aims. I look forward to
challenging life at university will present and feel that skills, experience,
knowledge that my time at university will equip me and enable me to gain a
position in a well-respected solicitors firm after graduating.
