The results of this study revealed that the newly developed system provides information on
the capstone projects and thesis of all students of the entire JHCSC system. The system can be
accessed via the internet. The menu bar is shown on the top of the system to have an easy access on
the information to be viewed.
The system is beneficial for all the faculty, staff, and students of J.H. Cerilles State College for
they can easily access the data they want to retrieve through the internet. It can also compile data on
the research articles of students such as research titles, author, adviser course, school year
submitted, and other salient information.

system will provide also notifications alert for incoming disaster, and statistical data of casualties and
injured during disaster happened. It also records disaster.

This study was conducted to develop a system using a barcode scanner that will be used in II

of the overdue book, search the availability of books and generate reports such as borrowed and
returned books, and overdue books.
The method used was SDLC method which includes analysis, design, development,
implementation, and maintenance. For the system planning, the outcomes were the project
objectives and project aim as well as the defined project scope. Analysis is a stage to gather the user
requirement. Next, the system design was mainly used to design the user interface and database
design. The next stage after the system design was development stage in which flow diagram show
the interrelationship among the data, management and users has created. After the designing
process, coding and testing were done to minimize the system bug.
The library management system using a barcode scanner is a study that helps to upgrade the
manual system of library management system of JHCSC-Dumingag Campus through the use of
barcode scanner. The implementation of the system will considerably reduce data entry and time.

computer; and to provide proper solutions to the identified computer problems.
Information was gathered using articles that were collected in the web. In developing the
system, the researchers used Basic for Android programming language and SQLite for the front end.
As for the back end, the researchers used PHP and MySQL.
The outcomes of the study revealed how the developed mobile application can guide the
users in computer hardware troubleshooting while educating them in the process. The application
also provides the user in learning the structure of the computer as well in knowing the uses of each
component.
The mobile application developed by the researchers is a great help to those users who want
to learn computer hardware troubleshooting.

Data were gathered through interviewing stakeholders of the Department of Agriculture in
the Municipality of Dumingag. The researchers also used the Sustainable Agriculture book of
Dumingag as reference for the system’s content. To develop the system, the researchers used Basic

The results of the study revealed that the newly - developed mobile application helps local
farmers in educating them about organic agriculture, guiding them in organic food crop cultivation
and provide comprehensive organic pest control tips and techniques.
The researchers concluded that the developed mobile application would help the

to grow their plants and control pest using the organic approach.

The main objectives of this study are to design and develop an information system called E-

The developed system can provide updates to the students and staff. The system is incredibly
significant to the student for disseminating information and announcements that will display latest
news, upcoming events, so that the students can easily obtain updates students. Also, the system is
very helpful to the campus because it provides for easy dissemination of announcements aside from
saving time and effort in printing information for posting.
The system was developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 programming language,
MySQL for database, Adobe Photoshop CS3 for designing, and Adobe Flash for media player. The
methods used were the waterfall model which contains requirements analysis, system design,
developments and testing, description of prototype and implementation plan.

Results of the study suggest that the school adopts the newly-developed system to bridge
the gap of school and alumni, that the Guidance Office utilize the system in reaching out the

communicate for alumni events and activities, and that future researchers provide additional features
and upgrade the system developed.

It is highly recommended that the developed system be implemented by the Municipal
Planning and Development Office of Dumingag.

This study was conducted to design an Android Public Utility Van Monitoring System, an 2016
application for fast monitoring of vans using android mobile device. The main purpose of this system
is to make the monitoring task easier and reliable for the terminal personnel and for the van owner.
In the system, the admin registers the van, van owner, terminal personnel, driver, and the
destination of the van. This application has two kinds of users. The first user is the terminal personnel
