Condition: Blocked condenser coil fins.


Action: Water wash using standard tap pressure.
Cost Allocation: Lessor account.
Note: Do not pressure wash condenser coils.
Note: There are products that can be applied prior to washing that will loosen the
dirt.

Action: Wash.
Cost Allocation: Lessor account.

Condition: Thermo King condenser coil corrosion.


Action: Replace.
Cost Allocation: Lessor account.

Condition: Condenser fin corrosion.


Action: Replace condenser coil.
Cost Allocation: Lessor account.
Note: Corrosion to the extent that the tubes are exposed as shown above requires
coil replacement.

Condition: Condenser coil fin corrosion.


Action: No action.
Note: Corrosion to the extent shown above does not require coil replacement. The
fins have been scraped and bent due to corrosion testing. A visual inspection that
does not damage the fins is preferred.

Condition: Condenser coil dented.


Action: If any tube is dented by more than 50% of its diameter, replace the coil.
Cost Allocation: Lessee account.
Note: Whenever the condenser guard is dented, check the coil for damage.

Condition: Condenser coil resting on the compressor.


Action: Repair.
Cost Allocation: If caused by impact, lessee account. If caused by corrosion of the
mounting brackets, lessor account.
Note: Check the center support. If broken, it can sometimes by repaired.

Action: Water wash using standard tap pressure.
Cost Allocation: Lessor account.
Note: Do not pressure wash coils.

Action: Condenser fin corrosion to the degree shown above does not require
the replacement of the coil.

Action: Replace condenser coil.

Condition: Severe evaporator fin corrosion.


Action: Replace evaporator coil.
Cost Allocation: Lessee account.
Note: Evaporator coil corrosion is caused by an aggressive cargo. Check the
entire evaporator section for damage.
