The students will sing the Philippine National Anthem, CALABARZON Hymn, Quezon Hymn, and Recto Hymn.
Activity:
The teacher will play different music used in particular events.

Let the students sing songs of Indonesia. Ask them how they felt as they were singing the Indonesian song.
Abstraction:
The teacher will ask the following questions:
1. What is the importance of music in terms of historical, geographical and cultural background of Indonesia.
2. How are imusical elements important to the music of Indonesia?
Application:
The teacher will play three varieties of music of Indonesia. Teacher will let the students write down the specific events such as wedding, religious
affairs, and national anthem and identify the elements of each music.
Closure:
“Country’s music has always been the home for a great song.”
