BURSTING CONTINUES. NOT ACCEPTABLE. NEXT BLOCK SHALL ONLY BE TAKEN
WHEN ALL THE PREPARATORY ARRANGEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE AND PERSONALLY CERTIFIED BY YOU.
HENCEFORTH, ALL THE BLOCKS SHALL BE ATTENDED BY AEN, EVEN IN CASE OF ONLY BCM.
5. This time PWI should be given SF/11 for indesciplined and careless working.
8. By now, initiative has been taken by AEN to ensure that oversize sleepers are detected beforehand, and
taken off to ensure recurrence of this. Since, it has already happened twice, TODAYS BLOCK BURSTING
WILL BE TREATED AS AVOIDABLE. and action should be taken against all erring officials, from top to

[9:26 AM, 6/15/2019] Co Ord Samasti: Sir Block for TRT/BCM /DGS /DUO Allowed from 01.10-04.30 in

[9:26 AM, 6/15/2019] Co Ord Samasti: Good morning sir, last night TRT block allowed-(3 hr 20min)
between KJI-JYG
Today again One over-dimensioned new sleeper(having height 260 mm against 240 mm due to
manufacturing defect) got stuck in conveyor , insert had to be cut by gas and its edge was broken
manually with hammer, it took about 35 minutes. So extra time taken in clearing block. Despite my
request to clear block at JYG in forward direction, Block had to cleared in KJI in pushing direction, which is
7.5 Km from site & it takes more than 1 hr running time to travel 7.5 km in pushing direction as speed is
upto 8 kmph only in pushing. Either base has to shifted to JYG or block to be cancelled at JYG instead of
KJI and block of 4.5 hr to be allowed to avoid block bursting.
