Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

The challenge is my main motivation to overcome obstacles. This is because it

represents a challenge for me, I try harder to achieve my goals.

The interest has been my engine to put enthusiasm in the things I do. When a
project captures my interest, I am so passionate and persistent to make my goals
as good as possible.

The competition fills me with passion and of not being conformist with the
knowledge and skills that I have. Where inspires me to improve and have a lot of
effort to prevent competition from overtaking me.
The variety is a good prize to avoid falling into the routine. If my activities become
repetitive, my interest vanishes and I no longer pay attention to my projects.

The recognition of people is a reward that makes me think that all the effort I put
into my activities was not in vain. Feeling that people value your work is a great
incentive.

Lifestyle is also a good motivation because one always aspires to change my

lifestyle. I do not like to be living the same as always throughout my life.

Relationships allow me to have many friendships with people who share my same
interests. I like to exchange ideas and learn from others.

Security has allowed me to easily develop and transmit my ideas with great
security. Thanks to security, I have become more social and able to engage in
more conversations without grief or shyness.

Independence has not been so important in my academic and work education.

Because I usually like to work as a team.

Money is not so fundamental to my life, health is paramount. It is true that with

money we can not aspire to live a life but fortunately I have not had economic
problems.
