The first batch will attend tbe three-day course to be con- ducted by the University of the Philippines-National Col- lege of Public Ahministration and Governance onjune V- 19.A second batch shall take the course on ture24-2t, and the last batch, July 1-3. They will learn the basics of the legislative process, ft om writing a bill to enacting it in- to law, the parliamentary procedure, rules of the House, among other topics.
