your approval, and may be amended if necessary.

 TERMS OF REFERENCE
Perform engineering and supervision services for the Upgrading of OceanaGold Phil
Inc. Man-Camp Water System Project

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Consulting Services required shall perform engineering and supervision services for
the Upgrading of OceanaGold Phil Inc. Man-Camp Water System Project. Master
Planning of the OGPI – Site Services, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". The Project
shall consist of two (2) phases.
The first Phase entails the construction of Man-Camp Water System this covers the water
treatment facility and Source development. The second entails the post construction stage
this cover the commissioning and testing of the facilities installed to ensure the system is
properly constructed as per design and operably used as its intended. The said Services
shall consist of, but not limited to: design for the facilities needed in the project
development.

SCOPE OF SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES

The Scope of works and deliverables will include but not limited to the following key
consultancy services;

1. Perform engineering and related services for the OGPI Man-Camp Water
System Project on an as needed basis, it may be required that the first two
(2) weeks will be full time site based in Didipio. Related services may
include but not limited to the determination of project true cost, provision
of estimates, provision of materials unit price, detailed derivation of work
item unit costs, drafting of specifications, assist in the scheduling of
activities to sync with QAQC requirements and testing and coordination of
prospective contracts such suppliers.
2. Work with the Site Services - Engineering team to complete and finalize a
comprehensive design and plan of the project including pipe flow analysis,
final layout and complete details of all structures.
3. Provide Method of Construction of all pertinent scope of works including
hydrostatic testing of the installed lines.
4. Monitor the quality control and quality assurance (QAQC) of the project
according to the approved design and specifications.
5. Provide supplemental shop drawings whenever necessary in collaboration to
the Site Services - Engineering team.
6. Perform and manage the quality execution of the hydrostatic test for all the
pipe lines based on a proposed scheduling to be set in coordination with Site
Service -Engineering team.
 7. Responsible for necessary data
gathering and technical reports

DURATION OF SERVICES

Gross duration of the consultancy services will be for 90days from execution of a
consultancy contract until completion of the project.

PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT

The proposed budget cost for engineering and related services for the OGPI Man-
Camp Water System Project has the LUMP SUM amount of Six Hundred Seventy-
Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php775,000.00) VAT exclusive and all other
government Taxes.

MODE OF PAYMENT

1. Thirty Percent 30% of the contract price upon written request of OGPI –Site
Services to work with the Site Services-Engineering team to complete and
finalize a comprehensive design and plan of the project including pipe flow
analysis, final layout and complete details of all structures.
2. Forty Percent 40% of the Contract Price upon submission of the draft
drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates, unit price analysis,
tender documents, technical reports, Provide Method of Construction of all
pertinent scope of works including hydrostatic testing of the installed lines,
manpower and equipment utilization program, construction schedule, and
all other reports that may be required by OGPI- Site Service.
3. Twenty five percent (20%) of the Contract Price upon submission of the
complete set of approved plans technical specifications, cost estimates,
unit price analysis, design documents and all other reports that may be
required by OGPI-Site Services.
4. The remaining ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price shall be released
under the following conditions:
a. Perform and manage the quality execution of the hydrostatic test for
all the pipe lines based on a proposed scheduling to be set in
coordination with Site Service - Engineering team.
b. Submission of commissioning plan and implement.
c. Issuance of Certificate of Completion by OGPI.
d. Submission of the Final Report by the Design Consultant.
