 INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

Affix passport size photo in the space provided in the counterfoil of the Hall Ticket which
should be self-attested. However the admission to the examination hall shall be on
1. verification of any of the valid ID proof in original as follows:-(1) Electoral ID Card
(2) Aadhaar ID Card (3) Passport (4) Driving License (5) Employment ID Card etc.

2. Put your Signature in the space provided in the Hall Ticket, in front of the invigilator.

Occupy your seat 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the examination.
3. The counterfoil of the Hall Ticket shall be returned to the invigilator, along with the OMR
answer/Data sheet.

Candidates will not be permitted to appear for the test after 30 minutes of the scheduled start
4. of the examination, and will not be allowed to leave the hall till the end of the examination.

Candidates should bring ball-point pen (blue or black color ink only) for the examination.
5. Calculator/ Log Tables/ Electronic Communication devices, in any form, will not be allowed
in the exam hall.

The Hall Ticket should be presented for verification and the candidate should sign the
Attendance Sheet when directed to do so by the Invigilator. The Invigilator shall detach the
6. Counterfoil of the Hall Ticket and return to the Chief Superintendent. The candidate shall
retain the Hall Ticket till admission to the course(s) is over.

Candidates are under the disciplinary control of the Chief Superintendent of the Venue. Any
7. candidate, if found guilty of improper conduct during the examination will be disqualified.

At the end of the examination, candidate should hand over the original of the OMR answer
sheet to the Invigilator. The candidates are entitled to take back the duplicate of the OMR
8. sheet and the Question Booklet. The Invigilator will separate the original Answer Sheet along
the perforation in the presence of the candidate.
