HIGH-LEVEL DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT:


EasyLobby’s suite of Visitor Management System software provides comprehensive, enterprise-
scalable visitor registration, tracking, reporting and badge printing, as well as web-based pre-
registration by employee and access control integration with Schneider Electric’s Andover
Continuum and I/NET. EasyLobby SVM also includes package and asset management, and
employee time and attendance.

THE CHALLENGE
In many organizations, visitors and contractors are still being asked to sign a paper visitor log.
While this method of keeping track of visitors is perceived as quick and easy, it provides very
little security, and poses a number of other problems:
 More often than not, the names are not legible, or are false
 In an emergency (fire, etc.), it would be impossible to quickly determine who is still in
the building (can’t read the names and check out times are not always required or
enforced)
 Information regarding who has visited the company is readily available for everyone to
see, but this information should be confidential

INTEGRATED SOLUTION
With EasyLobby, visitors electronically scan their ID (passport, business card or driver’s license),
and all relevant information about them is captured in a secure database file, including their
photo and signature (both optional), the name of the person being visited, the reason for the
visit, and their entry and exit times. In twenty seconds or less, the person is professionally
checked in and a high quality visitor badge is automatically printed.

For visitors or contractors needing temporary prox card or barcode access, our tight integration
with Schneider Electric’s access control solutions allows the visitor to be assigned an access
group from our ‘Clearance’ drop down list on the visitor form, and they can be loaned a prox
card or use our barcoded badge for access. Simultaneous to checking in the visitor, our
integration software creates and activates a new cardholder record in the access control
database (we support Andover Continuum and I/NET) automatically for that visitor, with the
specified access group, card number, and valid from/to information.

license, business card scanners), camera, signature capture pad, fingerprint reader for
frequent visitors, pcprox card readers, and DYMO thermal or color inkjet printer for
badge printing.

 Badge stock is purchased for the printer chosen, such as EasyLobby adhesive badges for
the DYMO, or EasyLobby 2-sided fold and clip badges for color inkjet printers.
