WORKING EXPERIENCE IN CAE:

 Total 8 months of experience in CAE using HYPERMESH and ANSYS.

 Hands on experience in meshing of sheet metal and plastic components which are used for
automobiles and heavy equipments.
 Hands on experience in Static, Modal analysis using NASTRAN and ANSYS.

Project 1: FE modeling of Bumper

Description: FE Modeling was generated for the Front and Rear Bumper assembly as per the client's
requirements and appropriate thickness was assigned.

Project 2: FE modeling of Closures:

Description: FE Modeling was generated for the Front and Rear Door assembly as per the client's
requirements and appropriate thickness and material properties were assigned.
Project 3: FE modeling of Door Trims
Tools: Hyper mesh
Description: FE Modeling was generated for door trims as per the client's requirements and
appropriate thickness and material properties were assigned.

Project 4: FE modeling of IP and Console

Tools: Hyper mesh
Description: FE Modeling was generated for complete IP and Console assembly for with appropriate
thickness and material properties.

TITLE DESIGN, FABRICATION AND ANALYSIS OF PERISTALATIC PUMP.

OBJECTIVE TO MEASURE THE FLOW VARIATION OF LIQUID IN HUMAN BODY.
DESCRIPTION  For the purpose of pumping liquid according to the variation of
human heart which is in pulsating manner.
 Help in kidney analyzing machine.
 Pump wearing not taking place.

TITLE DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF BALL SCREW IN SPM FOR RT BODY

COMPONENT.
OBJECTIVE STATIC ANALYSIS OF HOW THE BUCKLING LOAD IS ACTING IN
BALL SCREW.
DESCRIPTION  For the purpose of doing hole at 60˚to the component
 How the load is varying while doing operation.
 For that load how we have to select the standard parts along with giving
hand calculation of all parts.
 Numerical or fem method of analysis and giving validation.
