Bug Fixes
The following bugs were fixed.
The function for simultaneously depressing the [DOWN + UP] pedals or the [UP + CTL1] pedals at the TUNER screen does not function correctly.
When a pedal is depressed and held while the FX TYPE list is displayed on the CHAIN screen, the FX TYPE list disappears.
Clicking the "CLEAR" button in BOSS TONE STUDIO does not clear the CTL or ASSIGN function on the GT-1 unit.
Please install the extracted system program files into your GT-1 according to the following procedure.
1. Hold down the [ EXIT ] button and connect a cable to the INPUT jack to turn on the power.
The message "GT-1 Updater" will appear on the display.
2. Connect the computer to the GT-1's USB port by a USB cable.
The message "USB Connected." will appear on the display.
3. Open the BOSS_GT-1 icon.
"Removable Disk (*:)" may appear instead of the BOSS_GT-1 icon.
4. Copy (drag and drop) all the files included in the "gt1_sys_v108" folder into the "BOSS_GT-1" icon.
* Do not copy the "gt1_sys_v108" folder.
5. Disconnect the BOSS_GT-1 from the computer.
With Windows 10 / Windows 8 / Windows 7
Right-click on the "BOSS_GT-1" icon in My Computer (or the "Removable Disk (*:)" icon) and execute "Eject."
With Mac OS
Drag the "BOSS_GT-1" icon to the Trush icon in the Dock.
6. Disconnect the USB cable.
The message "Push [ENTER] to start." will appear on the display.
7. Press [ ENTER ] button to start the update process.
8. The message "Completed." will appear on the display when the update process completes.
9. Turn the GT-1 power off.
Please verify the version number "1.07" with the procedure described in "How to tell the version" part of this document.
