APPOINTMENT LETTER

With the reference to your CV received by us and subsequent interview you had with us, we are
pleased to appoint you in our firm as Marketing Manager and admin coordinator with effect from
06.06.2019 on the following terms and condition:

1. You are appointed as Marketing Manager & Admin coordinator and will be reporting
undersigned. You will manage the reception and shall be responsible for the incoming calling and
outgoing tappal/courier. You shall maintain records to the effect. You shall maintain the attendance
register and as at the end of the month give details of all the staff members with respect to their
absence during the month. You shall maintain the inventory register duly recording therein all the
furniture and fixtures including the date of stock of office stationery and ensure that the same is
replenished as and when necessary. You shall also generate lead new business by calling all the
builders and Architects and pass on the same to Marketing team for follow up.

2. As marketing Manager you will be reporting to the sales Head. You are required to generate leads
for new business .you shall accompany the sales head for meeting with the clients. You may have to
undertake outstation visits also and when required.

3. You will be on probation for a period of 3 months and service will be confirmed after 3 months
based on your satisfactory performance by calling builders and architects and fix at least 4
appointments every week.

4. If your performance and conduct is not satisfactory or any adverse report received regarding your
antecedents. Your service will be terminated at any time during the period of your service without
any notice or payment In lieu of notice. The company management will be the sole judge as to the
question of your work or\and performance being satisfactory or not as to whether your suitable to
the organization or not and the decision of the management shall be binding on you.

5. You will paid salary as follows:


Basic Salary : 23,000.00
Conveyance : 2000.00
Total : 25000.00
6. Tax if will be deducted at source and remitted to the government from out of your salary.
However, you are at the liberty to request us not to deduct the tax at source by giving us a
declaration /undertaking that you will be investing appropriately in the tax saving schemes notified
by the Income tax Department from time to time and submit the proof for exemption from tax being
deducted at source.

7. If you desire to withdraw your placement, shall give one Month’s notice or one month’s salary in
lieu of such notice to the firm of your intention to do so. During the contract period, in case of
misconduct or indiscipline on your part the company reserves the right to terminate your service
without any notice or salary in lieu of notice.

8. At any time during your employment in the company the management shall have the right to
require you subject yourself for the medical examination at the firm’s cost by any registration
medical practitioner of its choice. If on such examination your found to medically unfit then your
appointment shall stand automatically forfeited and your service are liable to terminated by giving
you a month’s notice or \salary in lieu of notice.

9. During employment with the firm you shall be subject to such rules and regulation as are made by
the firm from time to time at its discretion. Whether they are individually notified to you or not.

10. If you absent from work without leave, intimation/permission continuously for a period of 15
days or more, you shall be deemed to have abandoned your employment with the firm with effect
from the date of commencement of such absence.

11. You shall discharge the duties assigned to you from time to time to the utmost satisfaction of the
firm. Salary will not accrue or become due or payable to you unless you have actually executed or
carried out the work assigned to you by the management. You shall also work extra time on normal
working days and also o weekly/Paid holiday whenever called upon to do so depending on the
exigencies of the firm.

12.you are liable to be transferred from one post to another, from one job to another, from one
department to another or to any of the firm’s office /branch to work place or site or any sister
concern anywhere in India whether existing or to be opened in future.

13. You shall do everything in your command and take precaution to safeguard the firm’s property
and interest and prevent any loss or damage to the firm’s property due to negligence, mishandling
or non-performance during the course of your duties or otherwise

14. If at any time it is found that you had a time of appointment or thereafter given false information
regarding your name, age, parentage, qualification, previous experience, state of the health or any
other personal information knowing it to be false or had knowingly suppressed any such
information, your employment in the company will stand terminated from the day a communication
in the regards is posted and delivered to you without payment of any compensation or any benefits
whatsoever.
15.you shall not take any papers, books, documents, computer software materials or any other
property of the organization out the work place / premises not you shall in any way at any time
disclose, divulge to anybody or make public any information or matter concerning the activities ,
accounts, transaction, dealing, trade/business secrets, or information relating to or of the firm or its
business of otherwise, whether the same may be confided in you or become known to you in the
course of your employment to otherwise not only during your service but even after you cease to be
service of the firm. You shall be responsible for and shall take care of the all books, computer
software materials, documents or any other property/ies of the firm generally and specifically
entrusted to you.

16. In the event of you agreeable to the above terms and conditions you may return the duplicate
copy of the appointment letter duly signed signify your acceptance and report of the duty on
06.06.2109. Please note to submit the ID proof, address proof, proof of educational qualification and
two passport size photographs while reporting for duty.
