RE: QUOTATION FOR LEASE RENTAL

We are pleased to quote the following lease rental rate(s) for your kind attention and acceptance.

* The above rates are inclusive of 6% Goods Service Tax (GST).

* A master contract is required to be signed for confirmed rental for 3 years and above.
* New cars will only be purchased upon signing a contract for a guaranteed rental period of 36 consecutive months.

For Lease Rental, the rate(s) is/are calculated on a calendar month cycle and include the following 6 items:

1) Unlimited Kilometers

2) Maintenance of the vehicle(s) in good repair and condition including normal servicing of the vehicle(s) and oil change as
recommended by manufacturers. Alternative vehicle will be provided whilst performing the repair and servicing or breakdown.

3) Coverage of third party property damage up to RM3,000,000.00 and unlimited for third party bodily injuries and/or death.

4) Passenger Liability Protection.

5) Super Liability Reduction Option (SLRO)

The Hirer is not required to carry any excess in the event of an accident or theft of the vehicle(s). It shall be a pre-requisite
requirement that the Hirer produce to the Owner (Hertz) the police report in relation to the accident or theft of the vehicle(s),
failing which the Hirer shall be responsible for the full cost of the repair and/or the replacement cost of the vehicle(s). The SLRO
shall not apply to the following:

i) Any missing items and/or accessories in and/or to the vehicle(s).

ii) Any damaged tyre(s) which is not attributable to normal wear and tear.
iii) Any damaged undercarriage and/or underbody damage which is not attributable to a collision with another vehicle
iv) Any damaged to the vehicle(s) caused by flood, fire, landslide and/or riot.
v) loss of vehicle due to the Hirer’s act, omission and/or negligence.

6) Each vehicle(s) will be provided with a copy of the Hire & Drive permit as required by law.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) can be arranged at a special rate of RM250 per month which provides coverage up to
RM150,000.00 in the event of death or permanent disability, including medical expenses of up to RM2,000.00 per person per
accident based on a maximum seating capacity of 5 in a car or 4WD and 8 for an MPV.

Rental Rate Differential (For New Purchase)
In the event of premature termination of contract, your company will be required to pay the balance-unutilized period of the contract
(any period less than a month being counted as a full month).

Delivery
Subject to availability and delivery at time of enquiry. Should the model requested be unavailable at time of rental, an alternative
vehicle will be provided to Hirer until the required model is available.

Validity
This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of this letter, after which the rate(s) may be subject to change. Once confirmed, the
above rate(s) will hold for the duration of contract based on vehicle make and model.

Confirmation
Written confirmation and undertaking of payment, if applicable, is to reach our office prior to rental date and time. Faxed
confirmations are accepted.

Deposit
The Hirer is required to pay two months rental in advance prior to commencement of rental. This amount should not be utilized to
pay for future monthly rental. Upon completion of the agreed duration of rental period, the Owner (Hertz) will refund the said amount
to the Hirer without further demand.

Payment
Payment is by charging the rental to renter’s credit or charge card at commencement of rental and subsequent renewal of rental
every calendar month cycle. The company accepts the following valid main cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

The credit application form is to be submitted together with the following documents for further processing before commencement of
rental :

a) Form 24
b) Form 49
c) The Latest Audited Account

Once approved, a credit period of 30 days is granted and all amount must be settled within 30 days from date of invoice. Otherwise
an interest rate of 2% per month will be charged on any outstanding amounts exceeding credit period.

Roadside Assistance
In the unlikely event of your vehicle being disabled, Hertz offers a 24 hour Roadside Assistance Service. Please call (1800-18-1828)
if this service is required.

Extension of Rental
Upon the expiration of the rental period, the Hirer may seek to renew the Rental Period to the Owner by the Hirer giving a prior
written request of a minimum of thirty (30) days. If the extension is less than 30 days, the rate(s) for the period will be prorated
based on the confirmed lease rate(s) .

General

1. Every Hertz vehicle is rented out with a full tank of petrol or diesel (whichever is applicable) and must be returned the same. In
the event the vehicle(s) is returned less than the full tank of petrol or diesel (whichever is applicable), the Hirer shall be charged
for a full tank refill based on the Owner’s (Hertz) fuel tariffs.

2. The Hirer shall bear all costs in respect of all parking charges and traffic violations summonses issued by the relevant
authorities (including police) arising out of the Hirer’s use of the vehicle(s)

3. All Hertz vehicles are strictly prohibited from being driven into Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia.

4. The Hirer shall be subjected to the terms and conditions of the Master Rental Agreement.

5. The Hirer and additional authorized drivers shall be between the ages of 21 to 75 years old and in possession of a valid
national or international driving licence. Probational licence holders are not permitted to drive the vehicle(s) rented by the
Owner to the Hirer.
