How to Customize IBEALERT.wft to send Order book notification to
Customer Care

Hi,
I am new to iStore and need some guidance for below business requirement.
 
We have customised iStore so that when customer places an order in iStore it goes into ENTERED status and NOT booked.
Now we need an Email notification with all details to be sent to Customer care who goes ahead and book the order from Oracle OM
screen.
 
I got a rough idea that something has to be done with IBEALERT.wft but not exactly sure how to do it.
Also,please let me know if any other approach is available.
 
Any help is welcome.
