We have one P2 incident last night with request .

So to resolve this issue we need

to do minor firewall change on Cisco Firewall.

1 - We will check the logs for this request with Source and Destination.
2 - Configure the rule on Cisco Firewall with Source and destination.
3- after this we will install policy on firewall.
4 - Once policy installation is complete , we will check local things with user
for connectivity.
5 - Once user or local support confirmed that issue is resolved , we will save the
configuration on firewall.

1 - We will remove current configuration (Policy) from firewall.

2 - Install policy on firewall.
3- save the configuration.

We will check connectivity between source and destination.
