I/ INTRODUCTION:
Huawei is the world's leading provider of information and communication technology
solutions. With a commitment to healthy operation, continuous innovation and open
cooperation, establishing a comprehensive list of competitive information and
communication technology solutions for telecom and corporate networks, terminals as
well as technology and cloud services. Our information and communication technology
solutions, products and services are currently used in more than 170 countries and
regions, serving more than a third of the world's population. With 180,000 employees,
Huawei is committed to realizing the future of information society and building a Better
Connected World.
II/ GENERAL KNOWLEDGE ANALYSIS:
1/ Managers and Management:
The founder of Huawei, Nham Chinh Phi, used to be an engineer in the Chinese People's
Liberation Army in the early 1980s. This is an information that worries businesses and
countries around the world.
Before the charges against Huawei, Nham told the press: "I love my country, I support
the Communist Party. However I will not do anything to influence the world." Huawei
founder said there was no connection with the government, insisting it was an
independent company and said Beijing had never asked the corporation to share
"inappropriate information."
Ren Zhengfei, a former engineer in the Chinese army, founded Huawei in 1987 and has
been its CEO since 1988. His military background strongly influenced the company's
management style, resulting in what became known as Huawei's "wolf culture."
Features of “Wolf culture”:
Extreme resilience
Vision and collective consciousness
Customer orientated(driven by requirements)
Strong focus on collaboration and work ethic
2/ The Management Environment:
Environmental and social impacts greatly affect Huawei's economic development.
Thanks to social networking, facebook, onine articles, Huawei has become a global
popular brand with the power to bring Users of the best quality products.
Talking about Huawei's success is about a feat that surpassed Chinese giants in the
telecommunications and mobile market to achieve today's success. Today, Huawei is the

2
only company among dozens of Chinese companies on the Global Fortune 500 list with
higher foreign revenues than domestic.

The committed and committed workforce will help the company be more competitive.
Everyone understands that but not every boss has a way to create this force. Huawei can
do it in part because of the reward evaluation system in the company. They are not a
public company but are actually owned by employees.
Huawei founder owns only 1.4% of the company shares and 82,471 employees hold the
rest (according to the 2014 annual report). The employee stock system is referred to as
"silver handcuffs", which is different from the usual "handcuff" stock ownership system.
The idea is that Mr. Ren wants to share both responsibility and benefit with his
colleagues. When executing, he wants people to act like they own. However, it is
important to note that only people with good performance can participate.
The structure above not only helps Huawei attract and retain employees, but also allows
the company to plan long term. Ren Zhengfei allows employees to reach their long-term
goals and visions. For example, the company plans to develop by decade while
competitors such as Ericsson and Motorola plan on a quarterly or fiscal year. As a private
company, Huawei can plan 10 years while competitors struggle to follow the short-term
fluctuations of the market. Huawei also emphasizes what they call "thinking power". .
The company's philosophy is the most valuable thing is its ability to think. For example,
the company wants to ensure employees have the habit of exchanging thoughts with each
other, leaders are urged to read books outside the industry and books are always present
in the office. Senior officials and even Mr. Ren himself often communicate ideas to
employees. The international nature of a Chinese company is evidenced by receiving
feedback to improve ideas that could eventually become Huawei's future vision.
It was that different mindset that made Huawei successful like today. Culture in the
enterprise is like the culture of a small country or society. It is not only a rule, a ritual in
business or communication, but it also represents the ideal and goal of the business. How
to build corporate culture will determine the "survival" of that business, culture in the

3
enterprise will help businesses develop sustainably and increasingly far, or vice versa. At
the same time it will help minimize the risks in the process of business operation, human
resource management.
3/ Foundations of decision making:
Huawei is heading towards teamwork. Huawei is a multinational corporation but it comes
from China, which is often a group, so giving Huawei's plan or activities is discussed and
discussed. Huawei has 7 Official members of the board are the people who are important
to the company.
4/ Foundations of Planning:
Huawei will build high-quality, safe and valuable products for users. In addition, Huawei
also build a team of people including retail, retail operation. Huawei focuses on
developing itself to bring the most complete products to the market. Instead of thinking
too much about other competitors, Huawei is important to assess whether its products are
the best choice in terms of configuration, price, experience for customers. Since then,
Huawei has tried harder to improve product quality
The development of 5G network on huawei phones has created a new chapter for all
phones currently using 4g network, faster connection brings a strong experience for users.
5/ Organizational Structure and Design:
Huawei implements a rotating Executive Director system under the leadership of the
Board of Directors. KPMG has been an independent auditor of Huawei since 2000.
Independent Auditor is responsible for auditing the company's annual financial
statements.
Huawei's CFO is in charge of internal control. The business control department reports
to the CFO about any errors and any improvements that have been made to internal
control and supports the CFO to build an internal control environment. The internal audit
department monitors and evaluates the internal control status independently of all
business activities.
Huawei has a division specializing in internal control and risk management to regularly
assess the risks to the company's global business process.
Huawei has established a Global Process Management System and a Business
Transformation Management System
Huawei has built an internal complaints channel, an investigation mechanism, an anti-
corruption mechanism, and an accountability system.

4
6/ Managing Human Resources:
As of December 31, 2016, Huawei has about 180,000 employees operating in various
business groups around the world. Of which 45% of our employees - about 80,000
people - participate in research & development (R&D) activities.
In the situation of the world, the rate of women working and receiving jobs is very low.
Huawei focuses on gender equality and prohibits gender stereotypes. prioritize female
managers and prioritize career opportunities for female employees
Company culture Huawei emphasizes that the only way to get an opportunity is through
hard work. In the early years, each new employee was given a set of blankets because
many people were willing to work until the night, then slept at the office, or nap the next
day.
Employee ownership mechanisms not only help Huawei attract and retain employees but
also allow the company to plan long term.
7/ Understanding Groups and Managing Work Teams:
With more than 180,000 employees, Huawei is divided into several groups with its own
functions. Including 4 main departments: human resources, finance, R&D and auditing.
Functional groups such as: marketing, strategy, CRM, PR… Huawei employees are
always trained to work as a team.
The connection between departments is very important. Therefore, on May 2016, Huawei
has launched We Link - a solution to bring the simple, effective working experience of
groups. This is an important step for Huawei to become a digital workplace in the future.
We Link helps connect groups, share knowledge and information with other groups. For
example, groups can easily exchange general information about the company’s project or
activities in a clear and transparent way. We Link also serves as a bridge between
national employees, helping to reduce global communication costs. In addition, We Link
has translation software for more than 60 languages, making communication faster and
more convenient. This will be a great help for Huawei’s team to work more effectively.
8/ Motivating and Rewarding Employees:
a/ Supportive theories:
The following analysis is based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. This theory refers to 5
levels of motivation: physiological, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization.
According to this theory, Huawei first needs to know what employees need and want.
When the needs of the employees are satisfied, they will be more committed, dedicated to
their work, more loyal to the company.

5
b/ Motivation:
The strategic motivation and compensation system consist of three parts: basic payment,
welfare. The income of Huawei employees is always high compared to some other
technology companies. In 2017, the highest per capita income is up to 700,000 CNY (2,4
billion VNĐ) a year. The high salary in Huawei not only attracts large numbers of talents,
but also keep them motivated working in Huawei. Not only high salary, Huawei also pays
great benefits and insurance allowances for its employees. They receive allowances for
meals and transportation, are covered by health insurance, labor insurance. Moreover,
they will enjoy incentive when using or buying the products of the company.

Encouraging employees: As a leading technology company, Huawei always encourages

employees to constantly innovate, create, research and experience. The company is
always willing to create conditions for employees to research and develop new ideas and
allow failure rates of no more than 50%. In the last 10 years, Huawei has increasingly
invested in R&D, ranking 5th in the world in 2018. Every year, Huawei invest more than
10% of its revenue for R&D and acquires s large number of patents. This has helped
Huawei lead the network of 5G, AI, big data, cloud computing.
c/ Rewards:
Huawei is a company that has a very fair reward policy. A recent penalty case was that
Huawei’s two employees were deducted from their salaries and bonuses because they
used the company’s account to up a status in Twitter: “Happy New Year 2019” by a
Iphone – their competitor. This is a rare and funny incident. Despite such penalties,
Huawei also pays great attention to rewarding its employees when they do well. There
are 2 main types of rewards: external and internal reward.

6
External reward: According to Maslow’s theory, it must meet the material needs first and
then the mental needs. So Huawei has policies to help raise salary in order to motivate the
employees. Employees have fairly high starting salaries and after a period of work, they
can get a raise depending on the process they show at the company. Especially those who
work on R&D, develop new technologies, if they succeed, they will help Huawei advance
in technology around the world and will receive remuneration, even shares, for them to
continue to study new knowledge. Huawei once said that more than 90% of employees
have company shares, excellent employees can get more shares. This reflects that the
company respects the value and dedication of its employees.
Internal reward: When material needs are sufficient, employees will need additional
mental needs. Those are honorable rewards. Employees who work well, will be praised in
front of everyone, creating a premise for promotion. Every year, Huawei organizes the
Future Star award to honor employees who are considered heroes of the company. These
people will receive medals. This is a way to motivate other employees to look at and
strive hard. For example, Huawei in Saudi Arabia has launched the “Huawei Saudi Star”,
through which company rewarded its employees for achieving the highest sales in 2017
by taking them on a trip to China. The five-day trip included visits to tourist attractions
and recreational areas such as Canton Tower, Huawei’s labs and factories, showroom in
China.

However, to achieve such successes to reward is not an easy task for the employees. In
the early years, when Huawei was not widely known, employees had to work from early
morning to evening, overtime, skip vacations, even equipped blankets to sleep at the
company when night work. Those are silent contributions behind Huawei’s success
today.

7
9/ Leadership and Trust:
Leadership of huawei is Nham Chinh Phi born in 1944 as a Chinese, in 2017 NHAM
CHINH PHI has made huawei become a leading company in telecommunications and
networking with a revenue of 51.7 billion USD, a profit of 5, 3 billion USD. In 2018,
Huawei has 21 A&D centers in the world with a total investment of up to USD 15 billion,
becoming a famous and powerful corporation today. NHAM CHINH PHI is ranked 83th
China richest man with 3.1 billion USD. All his activities and the group were quite tight-
lipped, and he was accused of stealing information for the government of the country, he
denied many times. Currently, the US government is forming a strong team to huawei
with concerns about national security. Currently, the consequential losses that Huawei
has to cope with are not limited, whether with the ability, experience, vision and cold
head he can take huawei over. NHAM CHINH PHI have trasactional and transformationl
leaders, with his talent and experience, he has made huawei the number one manufacturer
of china smartphones.

8
III/ SWOT ANALYSIS:
1/ Strengths:
The Huawei’s value proposition is “Building a Fully Connected, Intelligent World” and I
think their proposition is easily understandable by customers and it partly demonstrates
specific benefits that bring to consumers when deciding to experience the Huawei’s
products. The propostion is easy to remember for almost everyone by using concise
phrase and not overusing the buzzwords, which is quite professional. The customers can
catch the main meaning conveyed by the company in a few seconds.
At the starting days of the company, Huawei’s managers have made a very careful and
mindful PIPE strategy. The company is focusing on being the top network resolution
contributor over the globe. Posterior to inducting earnings into Research and
Development department (R&D) annually during nearly 30 years, Huawei grows as the
biggest Network Foundation Seller internationally. Although the firm gets many
successful achievements, it continues to centralize on the way to contribute its best
services for clients, how to enrich human interaction and lives. While a large amount of
companies in China are trying to find more and more fast-money in some business fields
such as real estate and stocks, Huawei is not interested in this way apart from building the
competitiveness of the company in the long period.
In the Internet era, sofeware is one of the developing fields that have the most growing
speed, so with the favorable conditions, Huawei put large investments into R&D with the
hope to get huge cash flow from the business. The company knows that there are 4 major
dealers at that time: Cisco, Ericsson, Nokia, and ZTE, so they think that is a chance for
them to take a large market share and they did it. They always have the effort to develop
competitive technology and enhance their business issues such as mobile devices and
corporation network.
That the local service team and product quality are excellent is the key reason making
Huawei grow very fast. Owing to being a telecom solution contributor, the company
concentrates on bettering the product quality continually and constructing a strong local
service team for quickly answering customers request. Beside of that, Huawei also built a
strict process Integrated Product Development (IPD) to assure the correction of the
function and quality of the product, and branch service team in most countries has
qualification to solve the problem once there is something happening.
Labor cost is the issue that needs carefully considering. Although Huawei’s employees
salary is approximately equal to the standard one in the Western countries, Huaweiers
tend to work very late everyday, even weekend, in order to get higher salary. This
contrubutes to fast responding to customers request. Because Huawei is a private

9
company, they don’t need to undertake each project profits like public businesses,
instead, they will offer budgets first to attain market share as much as possible.
Improving Customers Relationship is a positive aspect of Huawei’s capability. We can
see that the company keeps opening more and more customer care centers in many
countries, which helps the consumers have access to a range of diversifying devices. In
addition, the events like this contribute to maintaining a long term relation with the
company’s customers and hooking them to many following products of Huawei.
We could go through the recent product of Huawei to find out the unique selling points.
Huawei is a pioneer on creating hugeness, and they generate a 7.2-inch OLED pearl full-
screen with a resolution of 2244 x 1080 on their flagship, the Huawei Mate 20 X, and an
extremely narrow border. Even though the iPhone XS Max has a large screen of 6.5
inches, it looks quite smaller when putting next to the Mate 20 X. This flagship of
Huawei is equipped with the Leica triple-camera and the flash arranged in a quare box
while Samsung Galaxy Note 9 just is equipped with dual-camera at the rear of the
smartphone. Moreover, Mate 20 X is also equipped with a 5.000 mAh battery, a
tremendous amount of battery capacity, compared to iPhone XS Max with a 2.658 mAh
battery and Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with a 4.000 mAh battery. We can conclude that
Huawei’s products is the most leading technology in the world.
In human resources, cultural gap is one of the main aspects that impacted Huawei.
Because the proceeding of worldwide incorporation hastens and the progress of human
resources in international enterprises like Huawei goes on accelerating, this cultural
conflict will develop day by day and gradually start to demonstrate itself in the internal
supervision and external functioning of corporations. With the continuously expanding
conflict, Huawei conducts some tactics in order to mange cross-cultural human resources
such as localization strategy of proposal to create the company employee’s adaptability to
local culture, cross-cultural training strategy with the aim at providing staffs knowledge
about each local lifestyle in order to make them easier to adopt when working at any
condition, and so on.

From the chart above, we can see the assets of Huawei is gradually increasing from
178,98 billion yuans in 2010 up to 505,23 billion yuans in 2017. The assest expansion
significantly contributes to opening more and more headquaters and research laboratories
of Huawei over the world as well as indirectly provides their products and services closer
to the customers.
In the first 09 years of the year, HUAWEI ranked third in the global mobile Internet
market. The cost advantage; domestic labor is relatively cheapHigh-quality services;
based on domestic users to do localization services.
Huawei has invested heavily in smartphones in the past 2 years and has achieved strong
growth. The company has launched many products at different price levels and has begun
competing with Apple and Samsung in the high-end market segment.
Using low-cost components but creating high-end product lines, affecting user
psychology. Huawei’s low cost structure helps it produce at a low cost and sell its
products at a low price, making it affordable for its customers. Huawei is currently the
world's largest provider of telecommunications equipment and the world's largest
smartphone maker, with 180,000 employees. Holds 15% of global market share, after
Samsung and on Apple.
Huawei does not rely heavily on outside suppliers. Huawei started out as a copywriter of
big technology. Guo Ping, Huawei's current chief executive, has also acknowledged a
little learning from Apples.

11
2/ Weaknesses:
Leaders of the individual color is strong, one power alone, it is prone to mistakes in
decision-making, HUAWEI respected wolf, competition brutal, will at any time layoffs,
increasing staff, instability. Ren Zhengfei often avoided quick decisions and he often
forced himself to take time to consider, the decision-making process at Huawei re-
expressed these characteristics.
Low-key public relations style and lack of publicity are not conducive to improving
corporate image. The quality of the device is not long-term, or the failure and errors in
the process of using make Huawei's phone, even at low cost, still not satisfied by
consumers. Chinese products and technologies are not secure in terms of security.
Huawei's images are always suspected by some countries, especially the US. For phones,
cameras Huawei has very poor handling performance, with the captured images not
getting sharper and sharper. Screen of products is only at medium level. The Design
similar to some other electronic brands.
Huawei has not conducted market research within the market that is serves since the past
2 years. As a result, it is making decisions based on 2 years old data, while customer
needs may have evolved over time.
Huawei has a higher employee turnover rate compared to competitors. This means that it
has more people leaving the job, and as a result, it is spending more on training and
development as employees keep leaving and joining.
Huawei has a lower budget for its quality control department than competitors. This leads
to lack of consistency and the possibility of damage to quality across its various outlets.

3/ Opportunities:
The rapid development of the communications industry has brough top opportunities to
HUAWEI, China's 3G market opportunities unlimited, but the terminal lack. The rapid
growth of the national economy, political stability, high-tech prospects for the country's
high-tech industry vigorously. Huawei has launched Mate X - the world's fastest 5G
integrated smartphone smartphone. Huawei has a large network of factories,
infrastructures and representative offices. This helps the Company take advantage of cost
advantages, improve product quality, increase competitiveness, disperse risks to different
markets. Huawei is constantly opening representative offices in countries with potential
to grow sales. Enhance cooperation with governments and non-governmental
organizations and strengthen green energy supply chain mechanisms.

12
There has been an increase in the number of social media users worldwide. The three
social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, have shown the greatest
number of increase in monthly active users. Huawei can use social media to promote its
products, interact with customers and collect feedback from them.
Technology comes with numerous benefits among many departments. Operations can be
automated to reduce costs. Technology enables better data to be collected on customers
and improves on marketing efforts.

4/ Threats:
Competition with multinational companies is also growing, and Ericsson, CISCO and
other enterprises compared to HUAWEI in human resources, as well as the design and
deployment of these networks.
Trade discrimination, technical standards and other soft barrier risks, foreign countries
will protect the economy may take restrictive measures, the European Union, the United
States as an example.4.The opening of the domestic telecom market makes HUAWEI
face the overall challenge of the powerful enterprises in the world.
Observers said Huawei is facing fierce competition in the growing and innovative
smartphone market. Other Chinese suppliers like Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo are the main
competitors, while Samsung will not be excluded from the lead position easily.
Another major barrier to Huawei's ambition is the political spiral. In 2012, Huawei was
banned from accessing the US market due to suspicion regarding the Chinese
Government.
Not only in the mobile phone industry, Huawei has also encountered difficulties in
deploying other services such as the new generation 5G wireless mobile technology with
extremely fast transfer rates in some countries. . Specifically, many countries announced
a decision related to the 5G telecommunication network infrastructure construction
projects in the country due to security risk. These countries see Huawei as a threat to
national security because they think Chinese state-owned companies will have to work
for Chinese intelligence agencies if required. Not only Western countries, India also
announced the exclusion of Chinese companies ZTE and Huawei from the project to
participate in the development of the 5G network. Commenting on this, the Deputy
Director of the Asia-Africa Institute of Moscow University Andrei Karneev said that the
Indian government has a plan to test the use of the 5G network by the beginning of 2019
and by 2020 fully implemented New generation telephone network.

13
Technological developments by competitors; New technological developments by a few
competitors within the industry pose a threat to Huawei as customer attracted to this new
technology can be lost to competitors, decreasing Huawei’s overall market share.
The bargaining power of suppliers has increased over the years with the decrease in the
number of suppliers. This means that the costs of inputs could increase for Huawei.
There have been numerous players that have entered the market and are gaining market
share by gaining existing companies’ market share. This is a threat to Huawei as it can
lose its customers to these new entrants.
There has been an increase in competition within the industry putting downward pressure
on prices. This could lead to reduced revenue for Huawei if it adjusts to the price
changes, or loss of market share if it doesn’t.
IV/ PESTEL ANALYSIS:
1/ Political factors:
It can be said that the issue of Politics in China greatly affects Huawei. These include
positive effects: The Chinese government strongly supports Huawei's
telecommunications sector by increasing the target of technology training industries. In
addition, the Government also has loans and incentives for Huawei to promote it to
develop its domestic economy. However, allowing too much government intervention has
made Huawei are facing charges from the US. The US said that Huawei stole important
information, endangering national security.
Morever, to be able to bring its products to the world to expand the market,Huawei needs
to bear political pressure from the countries it comes to.
The Chinese government behind Huawei can take advantage of the company's position to
conduct high-speed reconnaissance activities, especially, huawei is the world's largest
company that successfully developed 5G technology. So, not long ago, America was the
first country to completely ban huawei and other Chinese companies from deploying 5G
infrastructure in their countries, politicians said Huawei's 5g network. may be
manipulated by the Chinese to deploy potential cyberattacks in the future, so prohibit
huawei sticking to orders in the US, considered as safety protection
Recent legal activities of Huawei are very tense between Chinese companies and western
countries. Five years ago the arrest of the chief financial officer of huawei with
allegations of fraud or a number of US prosecutors' criminal investigations aimed at this
company after an alleged intellectual property theft, such as Normally, huawei still denies
allegations made by the US and the west and backed by the Chinese government.

14
The US banned huawei's 5G technology that banned Huawei from participating in the
country's 5G network due to security concerns, but Germany and France showed signs of
ignoring recommendations from the US and did not prevent cooperation with huawei.
Huawei is stepping up public relations activities to deal with US warnings that they
provide intelligence to Beijing and he is the founder of the corporation, saying Huawei
has never and never covered. now share data with the Chinese government. Huawei
announced on March 7 that it filed a lawsuit against the US government in a federal court
in Texas against a law banning federal and US agencies.
2/ Economic factors:
The Chinese economy is growing rapidly and people's incomes increase, which helps the
demand for high-end phone products increasing. With a population of 1.5 billion, China
is the target market for this company. However, at present, the Chinese economic context
is causing many disadvantages for Huawei as the value-added tax in the
telecommunications sector increases, labor costs also increase ... increasing operating
costs, reducing benefits. company profit. Internationally, Huawei relies heavily on the
European market, especially the UK, so the economic recession in Europe in recent years
has had a great impact on this company especially in big markets like Britain. and
Germany.

15
3/ Social factors:
Social factors also play an important role in the twenty first century and except for
consumer’s choice, local culture and social trend significantly affected the regional
demand. It is the reason why businesses are rapidly increasing in making social factors as
an integral part of their business and marketing strategies. There is “one fits all formula”
to win market all over the world. Strategy business has to be suitable for the local
cultures and societies in different areas.
The demographics of the population, including respective ages and genders, hugely affect
whether or not a product may be sold to them. Huawei’ smartphones are equipped with
high-resolution cameras in order to serve the female customers in beauty fields such as
selfie, optical zoom cameras, and so on. For male clients, they install huge amount of
battery so as to enhance time using for those who need to work longer without recharging
or even play favorite games for hours.
The class distribution society among the population is an important paramountcy. Huawei
produce many products in different categories to almost totally fit with the customers’
demands. They have their products from the afforadable buying for all cumsumers to
high-class goods for the professional users. They also increase their tunover by selling the
main products with the company’s accessories or even reduce price of the total if
customers only want to buy the main thing in many retailing store, which attracts more
and more clients buying their products.
Huawei is fully aware of what level of health standards, reactions to harassment claims
and importance of environmental protection prevail in the industry as a whole, and thus
are expected from any company as they are seen as the norm.
4/ Technological factors:
The first huawei phones launched were IDEOS for $ 100 to $ 200 with 2.8 inchs, 3.2
megapixel camera screens and now huawei technology has made great progress from 2
cameras to 3 cameras and currently 4 The camera, the 6.4-inch screen and the face unlock
feature of the latest series are the P30 and P30 pro and the P20 line in 2018, developing
in terms of removing full screen fonts and screens. Huawei P30 and P30 Pro belong to
the high-end market segment for 1,150 USD with the P30 system being 3 cameras, P30
Pro with 4 cameras, camera with 50X zoom capability, super camera LEICA camera
recording images in one foot The best, lighting the night with shooting with top-notch
camera, front-facing 32MP camera intelligently detecting face, with OLED screen 6.1
fullview, charging the battery soon his less than 30 minutes. The P30 and P30 Pro
impress with the ability to change color with "Breathing Crystal" blending blue and white
and "Aurora" blends blue and green and has a traditional white, black and red.

16
Currently Huawei is working on 5G technology advancement as confirmed from some of
its internal resources . 5G technology Huawei will bring five new technologies,
millimeter waves and small cell, massive mimo, beamforming, full duplex. millimeter
waves, most electronic devices now use wavelengths from 3 khz to 5GHZ, this will clog
the signal line, slow down the connection speed, and 5G help extend the frequency from
6ghz to 300 ghz. Small cell helps limit obstacles that are very useful in big cities. MIMO
is using multiple input sources and multiple signal sources. Full duplex is a 2-way current
and in the future 5G technology will be breakthrough.
5/ Enviromental factors:
