AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEROR /
NON-TENANCY

I, STEVE ROGERS, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of

Brgy.111, Manila, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the SELLER/TRANSFEROR of a parcel of agricultural land

in the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE entered in the notarial register of
Atty. Bruce Wayne dated 30 May 2019 in Manila under Doc No. 68;
Page No. 15; Book No. I; Series of 2019 in favor of Spouses Tony and
Pepper Stark.

2. That the subject parcel of land Lot 1949-B of the subdivision plan
Psd-62051 containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND and ONE
(20,001) SQUARE METERS covered by RT-123 (T-12345) located at
Brgy.Brooklyn, Nueva Ecija is UNTENANTED;

3. That the parcel of land subject of the above mentioned transfer does
not exceed five (5) hectares;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts, in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 1, Series of
1989 and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed my name this 30 th day
