ORDER

AND NOW, this 20th day of June, 2019, after a status conference with counsel for

all parties, and after reviewing Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction

(Docket No. 4) and Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint (Docket No. 7), it is hereby

ORDERED as follows:

1. Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 4) is DENIED as moot.1

2. The parties shall conduct jurisdictional discovery regarding Defendant Bobby

Sargent within 45 days from the date of this Order. The parties may serve

discovery requests and depose Mr. Sargent.

3. The Oral Argument on all pending motions is rescheduled to Thursday,

August 22, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., in the Reading Courtroom, The Madison

Building, 4th Floor, 400 Washington Street, Reading, Pennsylvania.

Plaintiff amended its Complaint (Docket No. 7.) Accordingly, Defendants’ motion to dismiss is denied as

4. The above-captioned matter is referred to United States Magistrate Judge Henry

S. Perkin for the purpose of scheduling and conducting a settlement conference.
