In this tutorial, let's consider a marketing expert who frequently uses two
applications – Segmentation Models and Campaigns. To easily access
those apps, a new group will be created.

(1) Choose Me Area.

(3) Choose Appearance.

You can change the theme in order to modify the graphical presentation of
a user interface.

(4) Choose SAP Belize Deep.

(5) Choose Home Page.

You can choose between a display that will show all the content on the
home page and one that will show only one group at a time.

Because tiles and links are accessible based on a role, Show all content
is set as default. However, if you have access to many apps, the second
option may be more useful in your daily work.

(6) Select Show one group at a time.

(7) To apply your changes, choose Save.

Notice that only those tiles and links for the selected group from the group
selection bar are visible.

Let’s continue working on the User Interface. You will configure Quick
Launch and create a new group for your frequently used apps.

(8) Choose Me Area.

(9) Choose Edit Home Page.

(10) To add a new group, choose Add Group.

(11) In the Group Name field, enter My Favorite Apps and press Enter.

(12) To add your first app to the group, choose Open App Finder.

On the left, you can see the list of all business catalogs that are assigned
to you.

(13) In the Search field, enter Segmentation.

(14) Choose Search.

(15) Choose Add to Group.

(16) You can also use the business catalog to find an app.

After the search area is cleared, select Marketing - Campaign Management.

(17) Choose Add to Group.

The colour of the button has changed, which indicates that the app has
been successfully added to group.

(18) Choose Back.

Now, the Segmentation Models and Campaigns apps can be found under
My Favorite Apps.

(19) You can also make changes to the tiles. In this example, let’s edit the newly added
Campaigns tile.

Select Campaigns.

(20) Select Edit Tile Information.

(21) Here, you can make changes to the title, subtitle, or description of the tile.

Choose OK.

If you decide that this group will no longer be useful, you can either hide
or delete the group. You cannot delete predefined groups.

(22) To save your changes and exit the edit mode, choose Close.

A success message pops up.

(23) Choose More Groups.

(24) My Favorite Apps appears on the list. Choose My Favorite Apps.

The new group with the Segmentation Models and Campaigns apps is
added to your personalized SAP Fiori Launchpad.

your launchpad.
