EXCECUTIVE SUMMARY
Book readers are usually used the bookmarks to clipped on a page with the aid of
a page-flap of a book. But some people are they not really read the books. Just
they used a cellphone to read some EBooks (electronic books) or in application of
Wattpad for free.

OBJECTIVES
Shapes, materials, arrangements, and publishers can also be important factors for
bookmark collectors.
And our logo, the name of our product is the French word. And the ribbon-shaped
at the center of the name of our product, it represents the bookmark.

PRODUCT / SERVICE MARKETING
The online marketplace for bookmarks has been starting last few days. These
bookmarks are personalized and hand-made. By purchasing our products online it
is expected that we will retain these customers while conducting an online
marketing campaign for new customers as well.
We open every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00
PM. They can send message even when we closed every Tuesday, Thursday, and
Sunday.
TECHNICAL STUDY
This study discusses about the process of production and the activities of our
business. It states the hand-making and equipment used in production and other
aspect regarding bringing the creativity into the finished products ready for trade.
The list of art materials, and equipment are enumerated with their corresponding
cost are also cited.
All bookmark products are shall be stored and properly keep from wet areas due
to damage the bookmarks.
All materials used in making bookmarks are non-toxic and safe to health.

MARKETING STUDY
This chapter will help to know the marketing aspect of the business. The
marketing aspects will cover the following: Tabulation Results, Target Market,
Demand, Product, Product, Promotion, Marketing Strategy, Pricing Strategy, and
Packaging.
For the business, it should be given a time and effort. The proponent of this
business must have the desired creativity so as to be able to provide quality
service to its customers.
Handmade is made by a person using just hands or tools, not by a machine, but
typically therefore of superior quality. And the imagination or original ideas,
especially in the production of an artistic work.
Our group would want to introduce our product in the market because, we know
that some people are people who still love to read. and many also use
bookmarks. especially in millennials who love to read pocketbooks and Wattpad
stories. Also the designs of bookmarks are attractive to book readers.

Dagupan City National High School S.Y 2018-2019.

The results show that over 34 respondents said that they considered buying a
bookmark in Design, while 21 respondents said that they considered buying a
bookmark in Price and 5 respondents said that they considered buying a
bookmark in Size. This results may imply that there is a big fraction that they
considered to buy a bookmark in Design.

The results show that three (3) out of sixty (60) respondents said that they spend
a bookmark in Php 60.00 – Php 100.00. While seventeen (17) out of sixty (60)
respondents said that they spend for a bookmark in Php 40.00 – Php 50.00. And
forty (40) out of sixty (60) said that they spend a bookmark in Php 20.00 – Php
30.00.

The results show that thirty-seven (37) out of sixty (60) respondents said that they
think that a bookmark will hit in the market because they said, it can help many
readers when they want to continue reading the last chapter that they read.
Some others said, that there are a lots of book readers at this generation, and
others. And twenty-three (23) out of sixty (60) said that they think that a
bookmark will not hit the market because they said that everything thin it can be
a bookmark. Others said that only few people can appreciate bookmarks, and
others.
Detailed Product
The bookmark is made of 2”x 6” inch vellum board with different designs in using
of watercolor, calligraphy pens and sign pens. With our creativity to create a
wonderful design that will attractive to our customers.
Price
The pricing of each bookmarks is based from the survey questionnaire gathered
by the researchers. The researchers floated survey questionnaires with an option
of prices.

Each bookmark cost from Php 20.00 to Php 30.00 based on the research result
that we conduct, but it will adjust based on the economic growth of the country
or the price of materials needed in making bookmarks and for the transportation
that will affect the price of our product.
The prices of the hand-made bookmarks will be dependent on how the market
price of the main materials is. Any change of the bookmarks products will be
taken into consideration to the factor that measures the consumers’ capability to
purchase the product.
FINANCIAL STUDY
This chapter discusses the financial aspects of the study, in order for a business
plan to understand it needs a money to start. It contains the Price List of
Bookmarks and Expenses of our materials needed.

SCHEDULE
The Le Signet Ph sales campaign is expected to take three months from project
approval to launch of the e-commerce platform. Many of the foundations for this
platform, such as high speed internet and web server capability, are already
available.
The following is a high level schedule of some significant milestones for this
initiative:
April 15, 2019: Go live with site launch Upon approval of this project a detailed
schedule will be created by the assigned project team to include all tasks and
deliverables.
Technology:
Will utilize existing technology which lowers project risk.
Ecommerce infrastructure will be contracted out to vendor which allows Le
Signet PH to share risk.
• Once in place this technology is simple to operate and maintain for a relatively
low cost.

• This initiative will allow Le Signet PH to reach large number of target groups of
students at a low cost.
• Le Signet PH can expand customer base beyond geographic areas where stores
are currently located.
• Le Signet PH is able to differentiate itself from its competitors and will utilize
