Creating a storyboard was very helpful in the process of creating a video. I started by coming up with an objective for the video, by referring to
the video students will be able to use rounding to solve 8 out 10 long division problems accurately. Understanding the objective, I began to break the
process into pieces. I first, decided that I wanted the video to review the concept, not to teach the concept. I had to really think about the way students
would need to see the information. The first part of the problem worked well, the standard way to do the problem worked. I then decided that I needed
a part that would show what to due if the rounding did not work well. I had to think through everything that students would need to know to meet the
objective. Without the objective and the storyboard I feel like I would have left information out of the video.
