2. Where is the solid wood used and where the artificial wood is used?
Answer: Mainly major parts of the each wooden product are made up of the solid wood upon
which the product base or where the entire force/weight base, other parts which do not requires
weight do not needs to be in solid wood. This helps in creating product affordable and lowers it
cost. But the artificial material used instead of wood is also quality wise best. At Sieger industry
we 1st press that artificial material in order to increase its density and increase the durability/life
of the product. We give the same warranty of such as of wood. We are producing the doors in the
following categories where some are purely solid and are mixture of Solid and artificial wood.
1. Solid Doors/Engineered doors: These are the made from a single piece of solid wood, these
are completely solid wood doors.
2. PVC Doors (Poly vinyl Chloride): These type of doors are mixture of Solid and artificial wood
named thermoplastic, these are very durable and heat resistant.
3. Veneer Doors: Now a days these are the most widely used doors, these are cheap doors as
compared to the others and are made of the artificial wood containing the upper thin layer of the
hard/solid wood)
3. Is it termite proof?
Answer: Yes our products are termite proof. During the manufacturing process and polish
process termite treatment is done while using the different chemicals but the termite resistant
varies from location to location.
4. Is it water proof?
No it is water proof but it is water resistant. We should take care to remove the water from
wooden products area as soon as possible. Quick removal of the water will affect the wooden
products.
Yes our all products are heat resistant but up to some extent. But we recommend to keep the
wooden product away from certain high temperature products which might cause there
appearance/look
Answer: The warranty time period of our products is 01 year in which we cover the
manufacturing faults such as cracks in wood within a normal environment, day by day polish
gets dull etc. but site and inspection team will verify first that whether the problem/fault arise is
due to manufacturing or it’s due to customer usage.
Answer: Yes the material which we are using is imported from certified and famous
vendors/Suppliers from different countries. The reason behind importing the all material is to
ensure the standard of the quality and ensure consistency in supply since we are producing in
bulk so we need consistency in raw material in order to meet deadlines and maintain quality
standard.
Answer: Yes the wood is properly seasoned and the seasoning the done via natural and artificial
methods. Additionally during the production process our technical/Production team manufacture
products in a way that ensures play/movement which arises due to the changes in
weather/environment do not cause any fault in the product.
Answer: Delivery time period varies from order to order, as the volume, design, finish and
material requirement of the every order changes so we can give exact delivery date after the
consulting with production head. Since we are using advanced manufacturing technology along
with very skilled and experienced production and technical team which ensures the fasten order
delivery process.
10. How will the site visit and site measurement process will initiate?
Answer: Before we initiate site visit/site measurement process customer should ensure that
his/her site is near to final stages as per required product. It will be much better if we get
drawings, in case the customer do not have drawings than we need complete site details from the
customer containing the name, address, contact number etc.,
11. Will the installation take place on the same day on which the delivery is made?
Answer: Yes we ensure that site fixing process should start on the same day if the site work is
finished from customer side like: Tiles installation, paint, electric or any other construction
related. But installation process varies as per customer demand when he/she need installation.
12. How can we get the sample at site and what are the requirements?
Answer: If the sample is standard product and we are having that in stock than customer had to
only make security payment along with he/she has to bear the transportation expenses, once the
sample is returned the security will either be returned or if the order is placed than it will be
adjusted in it. In case the sample is customized and specially designed and manufactured as per
customer requirement than we have to consult with management whether to charge some
payment or to provide without any payment based on project and order volume etc.
Answer: Yes we have after sales service department which ensures to process the query received
from customers to the concerned department timely and ensures the follow up of the query with
concerned department keeps on updating customer and collecting feedback from customers.
Answer: We almost deal in all type of finishes and polishes which are currently in demand and
are in Market.
16. Do you deal in kitchen appliances and wardrobe & door accessories?
Answer: Yes we deal in such appliances. But it’s a customer choice whether he/she can arrange
these at their own end as well.
17. What is the price per square feet of Kitchen Cabinet, Wardrobe and Door?
Answer: Prices varies from design to design, material to material and finish to finish. Once the
customer had selected the material, design and finish than we can easily provide exact
quotation/costing. Secondly if customer shares his/her budget with us than we can recommend
best possible choices to them in their given budget.
Answer: A filler is a piece of finished wood used to "fill" openings or gaps between cabinets, or
a cabinet and any obstruction, that would inhibit the doors or drawers from fully functioning.
Answer: We have a number of the design available in our catalogue as well as on company
website. Our design team can also help customer in selecting the design, a customer can also
recommend any amendments in design as per her his/her requirement/interior. Once the design is
ready our team will visit the customer site to give presentation or as customer can visit our office
as well.
21. What Makes You Different/ Unique From Other Furniture Makers?
Answer: Our products are affordable with higher quality with international standard with elite
customer service. We have the unique and advanced technology production process which
ensures the timely and error/fault free production, majority of the others sitting in market do not
have their own production facility, the one who have their own production facility that is not
advanced and is outdated.
Secondly we have the qualified and skilled workforce which run this facility, we have in-house
product development department, and material used is imported and certified. Our designs are
latest and up to mark and as per customer demand, we welcome customer inputs.

Answer: Management approval will be required in case the production had not started against the
stated order but changes might change the quotation value. If the production has already been
started than no amendments will be entertained.
Answer: Management and production heads approval will be key here, secondly Depends upon
production facility whether it supports and fits in given design or not. Most importantly
dependents upon the volume of project/order as computerized technology needs amendments in
its functions which are time taking. In short greater the volume of the project higher will be the
chances of selection.
