At Metricon, we build our homes to last. It’s not just about the more obvious items in your
home. We make sure the materials and workmanship that you can’t see are as high quality
as the ones you can see. Our mandatory 6-stage Quality Assurance (QA) Inspections
checklist that Metricon have put in place and is carried out by the Site Manager throughout
construction. Mandatory Pre-Plaster and Completion inspections are carried out by a
specialised QA team (Metricon employees).
